RESUMO

@#The standardized workflow of computer-aided static guided implant surgery includes preoperative examination, data acquisition, guide design, guide fabrication and surgery. Errors may occur at each step, leading to irreversible cumulative effects and thus impacting the accuracy of implant placement. However, clinicians tend to focus on factors causing errors in surgical operations, ignoring the possibility of irreversible errors in nonstandard guided surgery. Based on the clinical practice of domestic experts and research progress at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the sources of errors in guided implant surgery from the perspectives of preoperative inspection, data collection, guide designing and manufacturing and describes strategies to resolve errors so as to gain expert consensus. Consensus recommendation: 1. Preoperative considerations: the appropriate implant guide type should be selected according to the patient's oral condition before surgery, and a retaining screw-assisted support guide should be selected if necessary. 2. Data acquisition should be standardized as much as possible, including beam CT and extraoral scanning. CBCT performed with the patient’s head fixed and with a small field of view is recommended. For patients with metal prostheses inside the mouth, a registration marker guide should be used, and the ambient temperature and light of the external oral scanner should be reasonably controlled. 3. Optimization of computer-aided design: it is recommended to select a handle-guided planting system and a closed metal sleeve and to register images by overlapping markers. Properly designing the retaining screws, extending the support structure of the guide plate and increasing the length of the guide section are methods to feasibly reduce the incidence of surgical errors. 4. Improving computer-aided production: it is also crucial to set the best printing parameters according to different printing technologies and to choose the most appropriate postprocessing procedures.

【Objective】 To conduct a case-control study on precocious puberty as an example to introduce the establishment and design of the electronic Data capture and management platform using Research Electronic data Capture (REDCap) system and support the development of clinical research. 【Methods】 Based on the clinical REDCap system, the case-control research project of precocious puberty was created, the case report forms were designed, the user rights were set, and the data quality control rules were formulated. 【Results】 We established the electronic data capture and management platform for our research, which had 15 case report forms, to collect the data of the participants, including sociodemographic information, time for rest and activities, diet, exposure to environmental internal-secretion interfering-substances, physical examination and biochemical indicators. We conducted project management by setting up features such as user permissions and workgroups, and added data quality verification rules to control data quality. The data could be exported in various file formats for analysis and sharing. 【Conclusion】 The application of REDCap to establish the data capture and management platform of precocious puberty case-control study has promoted the efficient implementation of clinical research, which can be further popularized and applied to clinical researches in other fields.

AIM: To investigate the design significance, method and content of the oncology clinical trial case report form (CRF) based on the clinical data acquisition standards harmonization (CDASH). METHODS: Compared with CDASH v 2.2, the characteristics of oncology clinical trial data were analyzed, and a standardized CRF was designed to meet the actual needs of oncology clinical trials. RESULTS: The CDASH was applied to the design of the CRF of the oncology clinical trial, and the data collection of the oncology clinical trial was standardized, so that the CRF design of the oncology clinical trial was relatively standardized and the data quality was improved. CONCLUSION: The implementation of oncology CRF design based on CDASH can promote the exchange and sharing of oncology clinical research data, which is conducive to improving the reliability of oncology clinical research results.

OBJECTIVE:To d iscuss the monitoring platform of rational use management indexes of key monitored drugs ,and to provide reference for improving their clinical application management. METHODS :The method of literature research and expert demonstration was adopted ,the indexes of key monitored drugs in medical institutions were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Finally,Eight general indexes as the list of top 20 drugs purchased by medical institutions ,the specifications of key monitored drugs purchased ,the utilization rate of key monitored drugs of inpatient ,the proportion of key monitored drugs revenue,the increase in the cost of key monitored drugs of inpatient ,the increase in the cost of key monitored drug of single inpatient,the increase of the cost per time of key monitored drugs of inpatient ,the proportion of doctor ’s order review for key monitored drugs were defined. Four major data acquisition projects as the general information of medical institutions ,medical record homepage ,inpatient medication data ,and medical institution drug procurement data were also defined. The monitoring platform of key monitored drugs in medical institutions can provide reference for improving the management of clinical application of key monitored drugs.

0bjective Exploration of the application effect of a new way of collecting patient′s telephone information to emergency diagnosis and treatment process reengineering in outpatient and emergency department. Methods Relying on the hospital information system platform, design and implement timely collection and validity verification mechanism of mobile phone data in outpatient and emergency department network sub-platform; before and after the implementation of the evaluation of 500 cases of patient registration time, telephone information accuracy. Statistics before and after using the 200 patients with critical value received report (short message, telephone) response time should be again;medical treatment satisfaction. Results The sub-platform realized the timely modification of telephone information through multi-function exchange terminal when patients visited the hospital. There was no statistical significance in the time of registration of patients in the two groups (P>0.05), the registration time was not extended. The accuracy rate of telephone information was 98.4% (492/500) in the experimental group, and 66.6% (333/500) in the control group, there was differences between the two groups (χ2=176.70,P<0.05). After the implementation, the number of the 200 patients who received critical value report (text message, phone call) and answered again within 30 minutes was 189, and there were 132 cases before implementation, there was difference before and after implementation (χ2=69.38, P<0.05). The patients′satisfaction with emergency treatment in the control group and the experimental group was 68.5%(137/200), 95.5%(191/200), there was significant difference (χ2=51.80, P<0.05). The doctors′satisfaction with the system in the experimental group and the control group was 94.0%(188/200), 65.5% (131/200), there was significant difference (χ2=51.25, P<0.05). Conclusions The method of telephone information collection of patients was optimized, and the quality and management level of emergency diagnosis and treatment were improved, and the information construction of door and emergency room was promoted.

Resumen Con la finalidad de maximizar las posibilidades experimentales en el estudio de los núcleos exóticos utilizando el haz del sistema "Radioactive Ion Beams in Brasil" (RIBRAS), fue desarrollado un sistema modular de detectores centelleantes orgánicos con buena eficiencia y amplio ángulo sólido, conocido como Pared de Neutrones. La detección de los neutrones emitidos en coincidencia con los fragmentos de reacción incrementa las posibilidades experimentales y constituye una de las técnicas más usadas en el campo de la Astrofísica Nuclear. El obsoleto sistema de adquisición de datos de la Pared de Neutrones debe ser remplazado por un sistema basado en módulos del patrón Versa Module Euro Card (VME). El nuevo esquema será definido para incluir el arreglo de detectores de bandas para partículas cargadas y la Pared de Neutrones con el máximo de eficiencia de adquisición, sin tiempo muerto, con selección de datos y sincronización de eventos. Los módulos digitalizadores garantizan tareas como la supresión de ceros y la saturación en la lectura de la señal. Adicionando tarjetas FPGA (field programmable gate array) a la adquisición de datos se garantiza el procesamiento pre y post-algorítmico de los datos.


Abstract In order to potentiate the experiments for studying the exotic nuclei with Brazil Radioactive Ion Beam (RIBRAS), a modular organic scintillation detector (Neutron Wall), with good efficiency and extended solid angle was developed. The detection of neutrons emitted in coincidence with the reaction fragments increases the experimental possibilities and represents one of the most popular techniques in the Nuclear Astrophysics field. The data acquisition system used for the Neutron Wall is obsolete and should be replaced by Versa Module Euro Card Data Acquisition modules. The new scheme will be designed to include the Strip Array and Neutron Wall detectors with maximum readout efficiency, no dead time, data selection and event synchronization. The digitizer modules provide features like zero suppressed readout and overflow suppression. Zero suppression, once enabled, prevents conversion of value, which is lower than user defined threshold. Adding FPGA (field programmable gate array) cards to data acquisition provides pre- and post-algorithmic processing on data.

To achieve fast and accurate analysis of weak current signal of nanopore-based single molecule detection, we designed a real-time adaptive threshold data processing algorithm with data buffering technique and finite impulse response filtering. The system, which is designed based on the data processing algorithm, could realize real-time recognition and analysis of nanopore events during the data recording process. In order to verify the performance of the system, the ideal signals with different noise level (20-100 pA) and recording bandwidth (3 - 100 kHz) was generated. The results showed that the system was stable to analyze the generated signals even at high noise. In addition, the system was also suitable for the data recording conditions of low bandwidth and high sampling rate (250 kHz). The proposed nanopore data processing system was further applied in the Aerolysin nanopore experiment for the detection of poly(dA) 4 molecules. The results showed that the data processing system could be applied in real nanopore recording system with high accuracy and speed.

En el presente trabajo se describe el desarrollo de un instrumento para el monitoreo radiológico identificado como Alarma Gamma (GAMAL01). Estos monitores detectan el incremento de la tasa de conteo de la radiación y emiten una alarma cuando esta magnitud sobrepasa un umbral determinado. El umbral para la emisión de la alarma se fija de manera que esta se produzca cuando se considere que la tasa de conteo de la radiación pueda provocar una exposición inaceptable del personal a las radiaciones, de acuerdo a lo establecido por las normas de seguridad radiológica vigentes en el país. La señal de alarma indica la necesidad de realizar la evacuación del personal del sitio afectado. El instrumento consta de dos secciones: una analógica y otra digital


This paper describes the development of an instrument for radiological monitoring, identified as Gamma Alarm (GAMAL01). The instrument monitors the increment of radiation count rate and produces an alarm signal, when the count rate becomes superior to a fixed threshold value. The threshold is fixed to assure that the signal emission will start when the value of the radiation count rate may cause a non acceptable radiological exposition of the personnel, according to the radiological safety regulations existing in the country. Following the signal the personnel must be evacuated from the affected place. The instrument consists of two sections, an analogical section and a digital one

Objective To develop a set of wearable device for dynamic monitoring of human vital signs and environmental information during exercise.Methods By using system integration mode,multiple sensor modules were integrated in the design of the device.A microcontroller was selected as the core of the hardware circuit.Then serial ports simulation was used to connect all sensors to the microcontroller.Wireless data transmission between the handset and the primary control module was implemented with Bluetooth component.Results The device behaved well in low energy consumption,small volume,low weight and data accuracy,and met the design requirements for wearable mobile monitoring device.Conciusion The device provides real-time data monitoring to the users so as to contribute to human health.

Objective To explore the data accuracy acquired by the anesthesia information management system.Methods Totally 100 patients from two hospitals were selected randomly,whose anesthesia time was estimated more than 1 h.The vital signs data acquired by the system were compared with those by the monitor once every 5 min±30 s,and totally there were 12 times of comparison executed.SAS 9.2 software was used for statistical analysis.Results In FAS set the system had the total data accuracy being 100%,95% credibility interval from 86.87% to 97.30% and the BMDL higher than 85%;in PPS set he total data accuracy was 100%,95% credibility interval was from 92.89% to 100% and the BMDL was also higher than 85%.The system gained "Excellent" or "Good" grade in system response,stability,functional interface operability and the accuracy of special functions.Conclusion The system acquires and stores the vital signs data automatically and accurately,enhances anesthesia information in objectivity,authenticity and tractability,and has high values for enhancing anesthesia safety,medical safety and scientific research.

Objective To design a data acquisition and monitoring system to facilitate the maintenance of the ventilator.Methods The system was composed of two modules of data acquisition and monitoring.The data acquisition module used MSP430F149 SCM as the master control chip to realize real-time acquisition and storage of operation data,and the monitoring module adopted STM32 SCM as the master control chip to implement equipment monitoring,server serial port conversion and data communication.Wireless data transmission between the two modules was executed with wireless NRF24L01 module.Results The system realized real-time acquisition and storage of the ventilator log,and transmitted acquired data to the server.Conclusion The system eliminates the deficiencies of manual operation and implements basic risk analysis,and facilitates the engineer to monitor and maintain the ventilator.

In this paper, a data acquisition system based on mobile terminal combining GPS, offset correction, automatic speech recognition and database networking technology was designed implemented with the function of locating the latitude and elevation information fast, taking conveniently various types of Chinese herbal plant photos, photos, samples habitat photos and so on. The mobile system realizes automatic association with Chinese medicine source information, through the voice recognition function it records the information of plant characteristics and environmental characteristics, and record relevant plant specimen information. The data processing platform based on Chinese medicine resources survey data reporting client can effectively assists in indoor data processing, derives the mobile terminal data to computer terminal. The established data acquisition system provides strong technical support for the fourth national survey of the Chinese materia medica resources (CMMR).

In real world clinical studies,standardized data acquisition method is a key step in the formation of reliable clinical evidence.This article described how to carry out clinical data collection and how to preprocess data in order to ensure the quality of data.The results showed that from the data sources,data collection contents,collection key points,data description and evaluation,this paper put forward the method of collecting the real world data of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).It was concluded that the standardized methods of clinical data acquisition had laid a solid foundation for real world research.

To introduce a trend chart electronic nursing record sheet which takes the real-time data acquisition and monitoring module as the core technology, and observes its characteristics and advantages in clinical application. At the same time, it makes a prospect for the information construction of the critical care record. The module can acquire and upload monitoring data of monitor and ventilator in real time, automatically and completely. The data can be extracted according to the setting frequency and uploaded to the hospital information system (HIS). In the corresponding position of the intensive care record Generate dynamic change trends and save the monitoring data in the database, and the data can be stored for a long time. The application of real-time data acquisition module can save indirect nursing time and improve the nursing efficiency, meanwhile, the whole monitoring data is of great significance to the research and medical records analysis.

Objective To study an image display method for portable medical endoscopes using intelligent mobile devices for solving the problem of lacking medical resources in remote areas and carrying inconvenience of endoscopic workstations.Method An high-definition camera was employed for image data acquisition,which was driven by the built-in Video4Linux drive program of a embedded Linux system.A wireless network card was used to establish a point-to-point network,and to build the LAN server.The mobile devices could acquire the collected image data through accessing the local area network,which could realize the real-time display on the LCD screen.Results The resolution of a collected image was 1 024×768 pixels,the bit depth was 24 bits,the frame rate was 30 frame/s,and the actual average transmission speed was about 2 MB/s.Conclusions The proposed method is effective and feasible.The collected image is clear,and the system has advantages of simple structure,low cost and easy to carry,which can save the manufacturing cost and meet the conditions of usage in remote areas.

Objective To develop a high-speed data acquisition system with sampling frequency of 2 GHz to meet the requirement of accurate measurement of flight time.Methods The ALTERA STRATIX Ⅲ series FPGA was used as the main control chip, matching with high-performance ADC chip with sampling frequency up to 2 GHz and sampling accuracy up to 12 bit, while extending 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM for data cache and exchanging data with the host computer through Gigabit Ethernet.In addition, a variety of PCB wiring methods were used to effectively ensure the signal integrity.Results The 250 MHz sine signal was input into the data acquisition board with 2 GHz sampling frequency,by analyzing and calculating the sampling data,acquired the following performance index of SNR=44.6639 and ENOB=7.1.Conclusion This high-speed data acquisition system based on ADC technology is a fast and reliable path and method for the measurement and analysis of biological mass spectrometry data.
