RESUMO

In order to effectively prevent the damage to the human body caused by abnormal oxygen concentration in the medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber, a ZigBee-based medical hyperbaric oxygen chamber oxygen concentration automatic control system is designed. The data acquisition module uses the microprocessor STM32F103C8T6 to receive the oxygen concentration data of each acquisition point, and the ZigBee of the data processing module transmits the processing results to the MSP430G2553 single-chip microcomputer at the receiving end of the slave. The MSP430G2553 single-chip microcomputer uses a self-organizing TS fuzzy neural network (SOTSFNN) and adds activation. The intensity concept realizes automatic control of the oxygen concentration in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, and controls the buzzer to give an alarm when the oxygen concentration is lower than 19 mg/L and higher than 23 mg/L, and displays the current real-time oxygen concentration through LCD12864. The experimental results show that as the communication distance increases, the packet loss rate of the system is always lower than 5%, and the signal strength under the same communication distance is better; the system can effectively control the oxygen concentration value within the set range, and the oxygen concentration. The control accuracy is high and the stability is good.

RESUMO

O objetivo do presente experimento foi medir continuamente valores de pH e temperatura em vacas leiteiras usando uma unidade interna de transmissão de dados sem fio. Valores de pH retículo-ruminais foram medidos automaticamente a cada 600 segundos por um período de 50 dias em três vacas leiteiras Holandesas, no pós-parto recente. Valores de pH retículo-ruminais médios diferiram (P<0,05) entre as três vacas (5,69±0,20; 6,10±0,18; 5,99±0,15), assim como o tempo em minutos por dia (332; 23; 18) mantido abaixo de pH 5,5. A variação diurna de pH nas vacas 2 e 3 demonstrou um padrão circadiano e frequente, como consequência dos momentos de fornecimento da alimentação e da ingestão alimentar, respectivamente. Esse padrão diário não pode ser observado no padrão de pH da vaca 1. Os picos e os valores baixos de pH na vaca 1 eram aleatórios, sem relação evidente com os momentos de alimentação, e as amplitudes de pH eram igualmente desordenadas. O valor de pH retículo-ruminal permaneceu anormalmente baixo nesta vaca durante todo o período de observação, caracterizando uma acidose ruminal subaguda. A temperatura retículo-ruminal da vaca 1 foi mais baixa (38.8°C; 39.1°C; 39.0°C) e ela bebeu mais frequentemente por dia (9,5; 6,4; 7,0) quando comparada com as vacas 2 e 3 (P<0,05). O exame clínico revelou um deslocamento de abomaso à esquerda (DAE). Pela literatura consultada, este é o primeiro relato indicando um padrão de pH e temperatura em uma vaca com DAE.(AU)

RESUMO

La gestión del conocimiento tiene el propósito de conservar y orientar las competencias claves de cualquier organización al desarrollo de productos y servicios con alto valor científico y tecnológico agregado, como respuesta proactiva a un entorno dinámico y complejo. El Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica e instituciones nucleares de los Países Miembros reconocen que el uso pacífico de la tecnología nuclear descansa en la acumulación del conocimiento nuclear y que su gestión efectiva se orienta al aseguramiento de la disponibilidad continua de información científica y tecnológica y del personal calificado. Recientemente instituciones nucleares cubanas también han iniciado proyectos orientados a la implementación de procesos de gestión del conocimiento organizacional y nuclear. En este trabajo se presentan retos y perspectivas para la gestión del conocimiento nuclear en Cuba y en el contexto mundial.


The knowledge management has as one of its goals to keep and to drive the key organizational competences to the development of products and services with high scientific and technological value, as proactive reply to a dynamic and complex environment. The International Atomic Energy Agency and nuclear institutions of Member Countries recognize that the pacific use of nuclear technology is supported on the nuclear knowledge collection and that its effective management is oriented to guarantee the continuous availability of scientific and technological information and high qualified people. Recently some nuclear Cuban institutions have started some projects to implement nuclear and organizational knowledge management process. In this paper some challenges and perspectives are presented for the nuclear knowledge management in Cuba and in the world context.

RESUMO

Objective To develop a system based on wireless communication technology for psychometric questionnaire test.Methods The system was composed of one base station connected to the computer and multiple handsets.Low-power-consumption MSP430F149 and MSP430F123A were used in the base station and the handset respectively as the control unit.LSD-RF1100-A433 based on RF CC1100 was used as wireless data communication unit.By scanning each handset in sequence,the communication between the base station and the handset was realized.Then the base station could receive data which participants selected from the handsets and then sent to computer.The base station was connected to the computer through USB interface.Results Experiments showed that the system was reliable and antijamming.Conclusion The psychometric system,with the decreased weight and volume by wireless technology,can be used for large-scale psychological examination and personnel selection in some special industries.

Objective To realize the interface of medical insurance system of Hefei with HIS system. Methods According to the requirements of HIS interior data structure and the networking invocation rules of the medical insurance interface functions dynamic databases provided by Hefei social insurance center, the charging program of No.1 Military Medical Project was modified greatly. Results The call of link library was carried out according to the number, type and returned value of the parameters. Conclusion Modification of the interface of the medical insurance not only makes convenience of patients, increases the serving level of the hospital, but also makes the management of patients standardized, and perfects the information system of the hospital.
