RESUMO

Objective:To compare the effectiveness and safety of Dengzhanhuasu and Danshen Injection in the treatment of the patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Meta-analysis, and to provide basis for their application in clinic. Methods:Computer search was performed using Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trial,Ovid-medline,EMBASE,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM,and the literatures about the effectiveness and safety of Dengzhanhuasu and Dansheng Injection in the treatment of the patients with angina pectonis of coronary heart disease were obtained.According to the principle of selection and elimination, the literatures were selected, and the qualities of literatures were evaluated. The related data were extracted from the literatures.RevMan 5.3 software was used to extract the data for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 167 literatures were retrieved, and 8 randomlized-controlled studies were selected according to the selection criteria. The evaluation results of the effectiveness of angina pectoris according to symptom showed that χ2=2.62,df=7,P=0.92,Z=6.85 (P<0.000 01), 95%CI:2.73-6.10. The evaluation of the effectiveness of angina pectoris according to electrocardiogram,χ2=6.37,df=7,P=0.50,Z=6.37(P=0.000 01),95%CI:1.94-3.49.The results of Meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences in the relief of symptoms and improvement of the electrocardiogram efficacy between Dengzhanhuasu and Danshen Injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dengzhanhuasu has better effectiveness in the treatment of the patients with unstable angina than Dansheng Injection and they have the same safety.

RESUMO

Objective: To investigate the stability of aqueous solution of scutellarin at different pH values, temperature, ionic strengths, and initial concentration under the condition of dynamic characteristics of the degradation reaction according to ICH guidelines. Methods: The content of scutellarin change with time in different conditions was studied using HPLC method. Based on the chemical reaction kinetics, the parameters of degradation kinetics were calculated under different conditions. The activation energy and half-time (t1/2) were evaluted. Results: The degradation of scutellarin in different conditions followed the first-order kinetics process. The most stable enviroment was in aqueous solutions of pH 7 at 25℃, the half-life period was 203.87 h and the reaction activation energy was 97.9 kJ/mol. But with the temperature increased, the degradation reaction rate greatly accelerated. Under any condition, the stability is higher than the monomer. The initial concentration and ionic strength of Na+ and Cl- had no influence for its degradation. Conclusion: The degradation of scutellarin in different conditions follows the first-order kinetics process and is greatly influenced by the environment of high temperature, strong acid, and weak alkaline. The injection with five kinds of commonly used infusion compatibility is unstable.

RESUMO

Object To develop a method for the determination of scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand. -Mazz. and its extract (dengzhanhuasu) by capillary electrophoresis. Methods Separation was carried out in an uncoated fused silica capillary 57 cm ?50 ?m (ID). Meanwhile, a running voltage 20 kV, 40 mmol/L borax (pH 8.50 with H 3PO 4) buffer and a UV detector at 280 nm were adopted. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.1-4.0 mg/mL (r=0.998 5). The average recovery was higher than 98.0%. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of E. breviscapus and its extract (dengzhanhuasu).
