RESUMO
Duplication of the ureter occurs in 0.6 to 0.8% of adults and it is sometimes encountered in kidney transplantation. We experienced a case of duplicated uretor in kidney transplantaion, so we reports about it with a brief review of literature.

The horseshoe kidney results from fusion of the two renal blastema at the time when they lie closeset together, usually at the fifth or sixth weeks of intrauterine life and occurs in 0.25% of the general population. Hydronephrosis, infection, calculus formation and concomitant other malformation are associated in the one third of patients. The duplicated ureter occurs in 6 to 10% congenital associated anomalies. This report concerns a case of rare combination of horseshoe kidney, bilateral duplication of ureter with obstruction of one ureteropelvic junction causing symptomatic hydronephrosis due to renal artery of right low moiety, which was treated with heminephrectomy.

The ectopic ureteral orifice is commonly associated with duplicated ureter But it is relatively rare that duplicated ureter has ectopic ureteral orifices in company. Herein, in 2 year old girl, we report a case of ectopic ureteral orifices in unilateral duplicated ureter which are located in bladder neck, distal urethra. She has been suffered from continual dribbling despite normal pattern of voiding, treated with ureteral reimplantation in common sheath.

Duplication of renal pelvis and ureter is the most common congenital anomaly of that upper urinary tact. The three most important abnormalities associated with duplex kidneys are V-U reflux, ectopic ureter and ureterocele. There is no single method of treating V-U reflux with complete ureteric duplication which will apply to all cases. With reflux, the pole segment of duplicated kidney may be severly diseased and must be removed by partial nephroureterectomy. Another surgical approach to the problem of reflux in duplicated ureters is "common sheath" reimplantation generally. But there are high risk of injuries to pelvic viscera and vasculatures. We performed ipsilateral ureteroureterostomy (end-to-side anastomosis) using microsurgery for another alternative method. We found there are no risk of injuries to the pelvic viscera anti vasculatures, the procedure is very simple and the result is very excellent. Herein we report our cases with brief review of literatures.

We herein presented a case of left ectopic ureteral orifice to the vagina in a 14 year old girl containing stones in the distal ectopic ureteral portion of associated complete duplicated ureter. She has been suffered from urinary leakage while normal voiding since birth without other urinary symptoms. She was treated with left ureteroneocystostomy.

One case of right duplicated ureter associated with single ectopic ureteral orifice to the vaginal vestibule in a 23 year old girl was presented. In a case, while normal self-voiding, urinary leakage has been complained since infant without other urinary symptoms and she was treated with right ureteroheminephrectomy.

One case of right duplicated ureter associated with single ectopic ureteral orifice to the vaginal vestibule in a 14-year old girl was presented. In a case, while normal self-voiding, urinary leakage has been complained since infant without other urinary symptoms and she was treated with right ureteronecystostomy in Paquin's method.
