RESUMO

Electrocardiogram (ECG) detection is a routine and effective cardiac problem detection project. Traditional electrocardiogram detection has limitations in cardiac arrhythmia and other heart disease detection and diagnosis, such as effectiveness, real-time and so on. Based on the advanced mobile networking and wearable design concept, this paper designs and implements a dynamic ECG real-time monitoring system with low power embedded system and Bluetooth 4.0 wireless communication. Its main functions include 24-hour dynamic ECG signal real-time acquisition, processing, wireless communication, display and storage, real-time analysis of typical arrhythmia, recording and alarm, professional doctors real-time reading and diagnosis, dynamic ECG sharing and cloud platform automatic analysis and diagnosis. Both the physiological signal generator and the actual patient's wear test showed that the design and function of the wearable dynamic ECG real-time monitoring terminal based on the mobile networking could meet and apply to the patients with cardiac monitoring needs in the house, hospital, nursing home, outdoor and many other places.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the correlation difference between dynamic and routine electrocardiogram when used to diagnose asymptomatic myocardial ischemia.Methods Totally 92 coronary disease patients confirmed clinically from April 2014 to May 2016 were divided equally and randomly into an observation group and a control group.The patients in the control group underwent conventional ECG examination,and the ones in the observation group went through 24 h 12-lead dynamic ECG examination.The positive rates of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia were compared in the two groups,and the onset time and the patient state at that moment were analyzed in the observation group,Results The positive rates in the control group and observation group were 47.83% and 84.78% respectively,and there was significant difference between them (P<0.05).The onset time was restrained within 6:00 and 12:00,when the patient was in the state of manual labor,brain work or excitement.Conclusion 24 h 12-lead dynamic ECG gains advantages in early and timely diagnosis of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia,and thus is worthy promoting clinically.

RESUMO

Objective To diagnose the patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia by the ECG and dynamic ECG,in order to compare the clinical application value of two kinds of examination methods.Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease were studied,and the dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram were given.The positive detection rate of two kinds of ECG examination method and the effect of clinical detection were observed and compared,.Results The positive detection rate of the dynamic electrocardiogram was 63.33%(76 /120),which was higher than 50.00% (60 /120)of conventional ECG,but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).Pairs and atrial,ventricular contractility in front of the room,room sex period before contraction trigeminy and nonsustained ventricular rate dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG)the number of detected cases were 24 cases,42,54,52 cases,32 cases,which were significantly higher than those in routine ECG examination of the 12 cases,4 cases,20 cases,14 cases,4 cases of(χ2 =6.317,825.7,6.112,5.368,6.414,all P 0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of routine ECG in patients with coronary heart disease,The dynamic ECG can obtain a higher positive rate than ECG diagnosis,and has certain advantages in the detection effect,and has a certain clinical application value.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the difference of ambulatory blood pressure and dynamic ECG in patients between renal vascular hypertension(RVH) and essential hypertension(EH). Methods Randomly selected 45 RVH patients and 45 EH patients with matched age and gender, monitored the ambulatory blood pressure and dynamic ECG of both group in 24 hours, and the difference was analyzed from October 2011 to September 2015 in our hospital. Results The 24 h average systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),night and daytime average SBP and DBP RVH patients were higher than those of EH group (P<0.05);Blood pressure load of RVH patients was higher than that of EH group (P<0.05),especially the nocturnal SBP. Arrhythmia and incidence of ST-T segment depression in RVH patients were higher than those in EH patients(P<0.05). Conclusion RVH patients have higher dynamic BP,BP loads and blunted diurnal rhythm compared to EH patients, and there is relevance between ECG and blood pressure values of patients.
