RESUMO

Allergic diseases are diseases caused by abnormal immune responses to antigens. Recently the prevalence of allergic diseases in children is on the rise, which has become one of the urgent public health problems to date. Recent clinical data and research show that the susceptibility of allergic diseases in offspring is inextricably associated with intergenerational transmission factors. Some unfavorable factors suffered by mothers before or during pregnancy may increase the allergic disease susceptibility in offspring. Therefore, it is of great significance to identify early risk factors (mother's generation) for the prevention of allergic diseases in children. At present, under the background of intergenerational transmission, some progress has been made in the research on the susceptibility of allergic diseases in offspring, and some researches have elucidated the potential molecular biological mechanisms. The current review summarizes the effects of maternal pregestational and prenatal unfavorable factors on the susceptibility of allergic diseases in offspring.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo establish a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome model with yin deficiency and internal heat, discuss the rationality of model evaluation, and analyze differentially expressed genes in multiple dimensions to explore the molecular mechanism-signaling pathways as well as key targets of Baihe Dihuangtang (BHDH) in treating depression with Yin deficiency and internal heat. MethodForty male SD rats were randomly divided into a blank control group,a model group,a fluoxetine group (positive drug),a BHDH group, and a Zhibai Dihuangtang group (positive drug for Yin deficiency and internal heat). The depression model with Yin deficiency and internal heat was induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS)combined with Chinese herbal drugs with warm and heat nature. The model established was comprehensively evaluated by the detection of the basic condition, behavioral performance, and biochemical indicators of rats in each group. The differentially expressed genes were screened out by mRNA sequencing and underwent Gene Ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses. The protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was plotted and key genes were analyzed to explore the underlying mechanism of BHDH in treating depression with Yin deficiency and internal heat. ResultThe comparison of basic conditions, behavioral assays, energy metabolism, endocrine hormones, cytokines, and neurotransmitters showed that the model was properly induced. BHDH could significantly improve depression with Yin deficiency and internal heat by regulating the pathways related to the nervous system, endocrine system, and inflammatory and immune system. The key genes of the PPI network were Fos, Epha8, Npy2r, Htr2c, and Nr4a1. ConclusionUnder the guidance of TCM theories of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and etiology and pathogenesis, this study established a depression model with yin deficiency and internal heat in animals and evaluation system in accordance with the symptoms and signs of emotional diseases, and further confirmed the scientificity of the modeling method and the underlying mechanism of BHDH in interfering with depression with Yin deficiency and internal heat based on the results of mRNA sequencing.

RESUMO

This study was aimed to analyze the regulation of syndrome-treatment pattern of classical Chinese medici-nal formulae for emotional diseases based on formal concept analysis. First, we dealt with the decision formal context of 51 prescriptions about emotional symptom in the Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and the Es-sentials from the Golden Cabinet based on the principle of optimization. Then, we generated a new partial-order at-tribute diagram in order to present the specific character. Finally, we explained properties of partial-order structure graph from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) experts' point of view based on knowledge discovery. The results indi-cated the relationship between prescription and syndrome of emotional diseases. It was concluded that method pro-posed in this paper worked well in treatment of description of syndrome differentiation and discovery of new knowl-edge from the known data in the clinical diagnosis.

RESUMO

Objective To find out the relativity of diseases and emotional factors, provide foundation for the clinical epidemiologic survey, and to know about the doctors understanding of emotional etiology.Method Consulting to the diagnostic criterion of emotional diseases,whole-team-delamination method was adopted to research 54 703 registered case history of retrospective etiology in hospitals(Established Hospital of Shandong Province,Jinan City Central Hospital,TCM Hospital of Shandong Province) within 3 years.Result The cases that was related to emotions were totally 506,0.92% of all the cases.Of all the positive cases,62.5% of them were cardicvascular diseases,12.06% were digestive diseases,3.56% were gynecologic diseases.Of all the emotional etiology, agitation was 43.87%,anger was 25.69%.Female patients took up 56.72% of all the positive cases. Conclusion Cardiovascular diseases are more related to negative emotions, the basic emotion"anger"is more related to diseases, female is prior to male patients, age is of positive correlation of the occurrence of emotional diseases.
