Learning Strategies and Entrepreneurial Attitudes: A Predictive Model of Entrepreneurship Intention in Peruvian Undergraduate Students / Estrategias de aprendizaje y actitudes emprendedoras: un modelo predictivo de la intención emprendedora en estudiantes universitarios peruanos / Estratégias de aprendizagem e atitudes empreendedoras: um modelo preditivo de intenção empreendedora em estudantes universitários peruanos

This study aims to empirically test how learning strategies would fit into an undergraduate entrepreneur's profile.The design is cross-sectional with a sample of 527 The tested structural model adequately fits the data. It provided helpful information on learning strategies and entrepreneurial attitudes accounting for up to 20 % of variance of entrepreneurship intention. The learning strategies most related to entrepreneurial attitudes are those related to creativity, transference, and assess-ment of one's own performance. This paper provides for the first time evidence about the predictive power of several learning strategies on the entrepreneurial attitudes in connection with entrepreneurship intention (willingness and likelihood). This work increases our understanding of entrepreneurs' learning strategies, so that we can improve the design and implementation of educational resources to promote entrepreneurs' careers in emerging markets.Peruvian undergraduate students. A structural equation model was specified, estimated, and tested in Mplus 8.4. The model hypothesized direct effects of the different learning strategies on a factor of entrepreneurial attitudes (considering proactivity, pro-fessional ethics, empathy, innovation, autonomy, and risktaking dimensions) which, in turn, explained two indicators of entrepreneurship intention as outcomes.

Este estudio busca comprobar empíricamente cómo las estrategias de aprendizaje encajarían en el perfil de un emprendedor de pregrado. El diseño es transversal, con una muestra de 527 estudiantes peruanos de pregrado. Se especificó, estimó y probó un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales en M plus 8.4. El modelo hipotetizó efectos directos de las diferentes estrategias de aprendizaje sobre un factor de actitudes emprendedoras (considerando las dimensiones de proactividad, ética profesional, empatía, innovación, autonomía y asunción de riesgos) que, a su vez, explicaban dos indicadores de intención emprendedora como resultados. El modelo estructural probado se ajusta adecuadamente a los datos. Proporcionó información útil sobre las estrategias de aprendizaje y las actitudes emprendedoras que explican hasta el 20 % de la varianza de la intención emprende-dora. Las estrategias de aprendizaje más relacionadas con las actitudes emprendedoras son las relaciona-das con la creatividad, la transferencia y la evaluación del propio rendimiento. Esta investigación proporciona la primera evidencia acerca del poder predictivo de varias estrategias de aprendizaje sobre las actitudes emprendedoras, en relación con la intención emprendedora (voluntad y probabilidad). Asimismo, aumenta nuestra comprensión de las estrategias de aprendizaje de los emprendedores, de modo que podamos mejorar el diseño y la implementación de recursos educativos para promover las carreras de los emprendedores en los mercados emergentes.

O desenho é transversal com uma amostra de 527 estudantes de graduação peruanos. Um modelo de equação estrutural foi especificado, estimado e testado no Mplus 8.4. O modelo hipotetizou efeitos diretos das diferentes estratégias de aprendizagem sobre um fator de atitudes empreendedoras (considerando as dimensões de proatividade, ética profissional, empatia, inovação, autonomia e assunção de riscos) que, por sua vez, explicaram como resultados dois indicadores de intenção empreendedora. O modelo estrutural testado ajustase adequadamente aos dados. Forneceu informações úteis sobre estratégias de aprendizagem e atitudes empreendedoras que explicam até 20 % da variância da intenção empreendedora. As estratégias de aprendizagem mais relacionadas com as atitudes em-preendedoras são as relacionadas com a criatividade, a transferência e a avaliação do próprio desempenho. Este trabalho fornece a primeira evidência analisando o poder preditivo de várias estratégias de aprendizagem sobre as atitudes empreendedoras em relação à intenção empreendedora (vontade e probabilidade). Este trabalho aumenta nossa compreensão das estratégias de aprendizagem dos empreendedores para que possamos melhorar o desenho e a implementação de recursos educacionais para fomentar a carreira dos empreendedores em mercados emergentes.

Implementation and exploration of dental practice management course in universities / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Objective:To explore the necessity and feasibility of introducing the courses of dental practice management in the undergraduate education of stomatology under the background of the undergraduate entrepreneurship education reform.Methods:In the School of Stomatology of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, the entrepreneurial course dental practice management was set-up for the junior undergraduate students. CBL, PBL, teacher's lecture, student's lecture on the stage and PPT demonstration, role-play, and team cooperation were taken in the course. And the questionnaires were used to investigate the course setting, necessity, teaching forms and satisfaction from multiple groups. SPSS was performed for data analysis, and the teaching effect was evaluated through the data results.Results:The scores of 108 students in the study [(75.99±5.76) points] were roughly distributed as normal functions. The results of the survey showed that the number of students who planned to have their own private clinics after the course increased by 41 (37.96%) compared with that before the course. All instructors and 33 (78.57%) active dentists thought that the course was reasonable in the undergraduate courses.Conclusion:It is necessary and feasible to introduce the dental practice management course in undergraduate education of stomatology, which will have a certain guiding effect on the long-term development of dentists, and is also beneficial to the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship courses in medical universities.

Integration of innovation & entrepreneurship concept with the teaching practice of biochemistry experiment / 生物工程学报

Biochemistry experiment is an experimental module associated with biochemistry curriculum. In the context of deepening the education reform on innovation & entrepreneurship, integrating the concept of innovation & entrepreneurship with the experimental course is an effective way for the biology discipline to foster professional talents with strong engineering ability and innovation & entrepreneurship ability. Outcome-based education (OBE) is a new concept for education. Guided by this concept, we encouraged students to propose and take part in research projects, redesigned the time frame for research project-based experiment teaching, and implemented a multi-dimensional evaluation system along the entire teaching process. Furthermore, we integrated the concept of innovation & entrepreneurship for training undergraduates during the teaching process of biochemistry experiment. These measures not only boosted the students' interest in research and innovation, but also guided the teachers to participate in the entire process, which helped improving the engineering ability and innovation & entrepreneurship ability of the students.

Construction of "Internet +" innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform in medical colleges and universities / 中华医学教育探索杂志

In order to build an "Internet +" innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform, 3,752 undergraduates from 5 medical colleges and universities were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that there was a gap between the expectation of the students and the setting of entrepreneurship and innovation courses, project guidance and so on. In view of the contradiction between the supply of educational resources and the needs of students in medical colleges and universities, we have developed the "Internet +" innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform, that including five main functions and three layers of framework based on cloud computing and open source technology. The platform integrates various resources of medical colleges and universities to make useful exploration for cultivating students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, accelerating the implementation of projects, and promoting the connotation development of innovation.

Research progress and development prospect of innovative self-efficacy / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Innovative self-efficacy is the degree of self-confidence in the individual's ability to per-form innovative activities. Although the theory of innovation self-efficacy is shorter, but as an important indicator of innovation ability measurement, it has been accepted by scholars in various countries, and innovative self-efficacy provides a new perspective for the cultivation of innovative talents. The research of innovation self-efficacy is still the initial stage. Chinese and foreign scholars have made some progress in measuring tools, antecedents, aftereffect and development, but there are still obvious differences and defi-ciencies,and the research results are not abundant.The future research will focus on the measurement tools, influencing factors and research direction of three aspects of systematic research to improve the theory of innovation self-efficacy.

The Construction of AHP-based Quality Evaluation System of Entrepreneurship Education / 浙江中医药大学学报

Objective] To establish the quality evaluation of col ege entrepreneurship education. [Methods] Based on the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper establishes the quality evaluation index system of col ege entrepreneurship education, and AHP is applied to weigh the grade assessment indexes. [Results] This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system ,including 4 first level indexes, 10 second level indexes, 40 third level indexes. The first level indexes are the course, the teachers, the students and the environment. The weight of those indexes separately is 0.0938,0.1745,0.5086,0.2231 respectively. [Conclusion]This paper provides the basis of constructing a perfect quality evaluation system of col ege entrepreneurship education,which is of positive significance to provide policy basis.

Investigation on entrepreneurial cognitive level of students in Southern Medical University and entrepreneurship education / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Objective To explore influencing factors of the individual entrepreneurship from as-pects of entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurship education. Methods Questionnaire of entrepreneurial cognition was conducted for 1860 students in Southern Medical Universi-ty. SPSS was used to analyze the data. Results ①Entrepreneurship intention among university students were strong.②There was a lack of awareness of college students entrepreneurship policy among college students. ③Students never receiving entrepreneurship education accounted for 65%, but 89%students held that entrepreneurial education courses was necessary. Conclusions Due to arduous professional tasks, medical students have compelling and demanding need for personalized entrepreneurship educa-tion. Initiative participation of library in integrating of entrepreneurship education information by using advantageous resources plays a important role in entrepreneurship education.

A Study and Enlightenment of American Entrepreneurship Education——Taking Stanford University and Babson College as the examples / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Entrepreneurship education has risen and got deep development in USA.Stanford University and Babson College,among the universities of having entrepreneurship education in early time,are two typical cases with their own styles.Taking them as the examples,the experience of entrepreneurship education of America will have a great effect on our preliminary entrepreneurship education.The deep research on the American entrepreneurship education at three parts: strategic position,teaching system and permanence,has been done in this article to obtain the enlightenment for our entrepreneurship education.
