RESUMO

Professor YANG Ji-guo's clinical experience in treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases was summerized. Professor YANG Ji-guo believes that this disease is caused by the deficiency of six fu organs. Dysfunction of six fu organs in descending transportation is the basic pathogenesis. The principle of acupoint selection includes benefiting gastrointestinal functions, unblocking and purging six fu, soothing liver qi and calming down the mind. In treatment, acupuncture is combined with umbilicus moxibustion. In acupuncture, the deqi promoting technique by rotating and trembling needle is adopted. Focusing on the deficiency of six fu organs, umbilicus moxibustion is adopted to benefit the spleen and stomach and harmonize the functions of six fu organs for both biao (symptoms) and ben (root cause).

RESUMO

In order to improve the clinical teaching quality of functional gastrointestinal diseases (FGIDs),the teachers tried to apply the Rome Ⅳ criteria in the clinical teaching of FGIDs,including ward rounds,case analysis,and clinical practice.This article firstly summarizes the necessity and importance of teaching based on the Rome Ⅳ criteria,then gives an interpretation of the Rome Ⅳ criteria,and finally establishes a problem-centered teaching mode in combination with discussion of typical FGID cases.The interpretation of the Rome Ⅳ criteria and clinical practice guided by experts help the students to understand the Rome Ⅳ criteria and use it to guide clinical practice and scientific research.This article also provides a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of the Rome Ⅳ criteria in the clinical teaching of gastroenterology.

RESUMO

Objective] The article summarizes the treatment based on syndrome differentiation experience of flower medicine in functional gastrointestinal diseases.[Methods] It was summarized about the academic point of view of TCM flowers in functional gastrointestinal diseases and experience in clinical practice through the studying for flower herbs in the Classic and teacher's clinical practices as well as my practices, and with cases. [Results]It involves in various factors such as TCM theories of qi and blood yin and yang of the spleen and stomach as well as abnormality of emotion, mind disorder, pathological phlegm, diet and environment Qi, based on the function disharmony of spleen and stomach. And natural plant-flowers, it is well-informed, high nutrient, sweet tone, promoting the circle of qi and blood, relieving pain and improving emotions and sleeping, containing a variety of pharmacological components, less toxicity and side effects, in different doses and compatibility rules, it generates multiple synergistic effect.[Conclusions] Traditional Chinese flower medicine has the unique feature, and is worthy of popularization and application.

Functional chronic abdominal pain is very common in pediatrics,but the understanding of the diagnosis and treatment in clinics are to be strengthened.The diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment progress of 4 kinds of main functional chronic abdominal pain in children are reviewed such as functional dyspepsia,irritable bowel syndrome,functional abdominal pain and functional abdominal pain syndrome,abdominal migraine according to Rome Ⅲ diagnostic criteria of functional gastrointestinal diseases in children.

RESUMO

Gastrointestinal motility modulating drugs include all compounds which have pharmacological activity of modulating (stimulating or inhibiting) gastrointestinal motility. They are mainly used for the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases. Gastrointestinal motility modulating drugs include 5HT receptor agonists, antagonists, and antidopaminergic agents. Many new gastrointestinal motility modulating drugs are currently under investigation. The aims of this article are to review the mechanism of action, efficacy and side effects of the gastrointestinal motility modulating drugs.
