RESUMO

The metabolic profile of bile acids (MPBA) is an indicator that reflecting the varieties, contents and variations of biological bile acids (BAs). Many kinds of detection techniques can be used to detect different kinds of BAs in different tissues. By using various detection techniques, the MPBA has been applied in various diseases such as hepatobiliary diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, metabolic diseases and nervous system diseases and so on. In this paper, we reviewed the process of BAs synthesis and metabolism and analyzed the detection techniques of BAs in different tissues and the corresponding MPBA. At the same time, we summarized the application of BAs metabolism in related diseases. The MPBA provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of some diseases and it has certain advantages in disease diagnosis and curative effects evaluation, which worth further study.

RESUMO

[Objective]To summarize the clinical experience of Professor YU Jiangyi in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.[Methods]This article expounds professor YU Jiangyi's experience in treating this disease from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis of SAT, traditional western medicine therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy, TCM syndrome differentiation ,stage of SAT and so on. In order to better describe this therapy, clinical cases were reported.[Results]Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Professor YU Jiangyi thought that the cause of the disease was mainly emotional internal injury, deficiency of Qi and blood, coupled with the feeling of external evil or exerting internal injuries. And the clinical symptoms of SAT were reduced to heat warm, stagnation of Qi and fire or stagnation of Qi and phlegm obstruction and syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin in two. In combination with modern medical knowledge, Professor YU Jiangyi put forward the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Professor YU Jiangyi used the method of clearing away heat and detoxicating, detumescence, and Etoricoxib in the treatment of SAT. In clinically, the curative effect was remarkable. [Conclusion]Professor YU Jiangyi's combination of clearing away heat and toxic swelling and Etoricoxib is effective, urgent treatment with western medicine, treating the root for slow disease with Chinese medicine, and worthy of inheritance and promotion.

RESUMO

Objective] To investigate and compare with western medicine on the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis. [Method] Select subacute thyroiditis clear diagnosis, single disease cases in clinical work. For patient treated with pure Chinese medicine internal and external treatment. Observation, comparison and analysis of the degree of symptom relief, the size of the side effect, the prognosis of patients and the satisfaction of patients with medical treatment.Discussion on Chinese medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis the high compliance of advantages, the advantage of fewer side effects, therapeutic advantage and the advantage of improving the prognosis and reducing the sequela of disease. [Result] Through clinical observation and comparison, traditional Chinese medicine to western medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis, good treatment compliance, curative effect are exact, side effects rarely, high patient satisfaction, good prognosis show obvious advantage. [Conclusion] Chinese medicine treatment of subacute thyroiditis, compared with the western medicine has obvious advantage for early clinical intervention, controling an illness as soon as possible, improving prognosis, reducing hypothyroidism incidence are of great significance.

The genus Agrobacterium includes phytopathogenic bacteria that induce the development of root crown galls and/or aerial galls at the base of the stem or hairy roots on more than 600 species of plants belonging to 90 dicotyledonous families and non-pathogenic species. These bacteria being natural soil inhabitants are particularly diffcult to eradicate, which is a problem in nurseries where more than 80% of infections occur. Since early detection is crucial to avoid the inadvertent spread of the disease, the aim of this work was to develop sensitive and precise identifcation techniques by using a set of semi-selective and differential culture media in combination with a specifc PCR to amplify a partial sequence derived from the virC operon, as well as a multiplex PCR on the basis of 23SrDNA sequences, and biological assays to identify and differentiate species and biovars of Agrobacterium obtained either from soil, water or plant samples. The combination of the different assays allowed us to reduce the number of false positive and negative results from bacteria isolated from any of the three types of samples. Therefore, the combination of multiplex PCR, specifc PCR, isolations in semi-selective D1, D1-M and YEM-RCT media combined with bioassays on cut leaves of Kalanchoe and seedlings of California Wonder pepper cultivar constitute an accurate tool to detect species and biovars of Agrobacterium for diagnostic purposes.
