RESUMO

This paper introduces a kind of immune colloidal gold detector instrument from the aspects of machinery,hardware and software.The instrument first collects one image through a CMOS sensor and then analyzes the image with image processing algorithm on Linux platform.Firstly,the instrument sets and stores the parameters separately for each test item,and then calls the saved item parameters when testing the item sample.So,the instrument can be used in a variety of fields and items.In this paper,a quantitative experimental test on C-reactive protein sample was performed,and the results indicate the coefficient of determination what denoted equal to 0.99,and the repeatability is greater than 93%.

RESUMO

The proportion of laparoscopic surgeries is continuously increasing in general surgeries. Along with the development and application, new image sensor and digital image processing technology accelerated the emergence of novel laparoscope in recent years. Stereoscopic laparoscope (3D) appearing make the space orientation more accurate. new imaging methods and new structure design satisfy more clinical requirements; combination with optical technology (NBI technique, PDD technique, ICG technique) make intraoperative diagnosis possible.

RESUMO

The history of portable medical endoscope was studied,and the key technologies was introduced on five modules of power supply,front-end acquisition,cold light source,back-end processing and wireless transmission.The application of the latest technologies of image sensor,image acquisition circuit,image processing circuit,wireless transmission and etc was analyzed in above key technologies.The developing trend of portable medical endoscope was pointed out.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the application of image sensor in wireless endoscopic micro-electro-mechanical-system (MEMS). Methods Through the comparison of various types of image sensors, and in the consideration of the environment and requirement inside the body, CMOS image sensor which can output analog image signal with high density of integration, low power consumption, small profile was chosen as the sensor component of a wireless endoscope. The profile and power consumption of some specific models of this type of image sensor were compared and analyzed.Results The problems, such as ground connection, crystal configuration and the layout of circuit board, were reasonably solved during the design of image sensor's schematic circuit diagram. The image capture module based on OV7930 sensor was designed and manufactured. Images were successfully captured during the animal experiments.Conclusion The application and design of image sensor in a wireless endoscopic MEMS are feasible.
