RESUMO

@#Injury monitoring is an important approach for injury control and is an important part of comprehensive disease monitoring. With the development of medical digitalization, an intelligent injury monitoring system has been created in Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province using artificial intelligence techniques based on Ningbo Municipal Health Information Platform and has been applied across the district since 2019. The manual card-reporting mode has been transformed to intelligent card-reporting mode in this system, which achieves functions of epidemiological analyses of the monitoring data, early warning of high-incidence injuries, classified management of injury and quality control of report cards. Nearly 300 thousand cards have been automatically reported since the system was online available since November 2022, and the epidemiological characteristics of injury were preliminarily understood, which provide data supports to early earning and interventions of injury. The intelligent injury monitoring system greatly improves the injury monitoring efficiency and card-reporting quality, and saves a large number of manpower and material resources, which provides a powerful technical support to widespread injury monitoring.

RESUMO

In recent years, minimally invasive surgery has rapidly emerged and flourished owing to the advancement of information technology and the incomparable advantages such as small trauma and rapid recovery, and has become the embryo for the development of surgical intelligence. The continuous improvement of medical demands, the advancement of surgical intelligence, and the gradual accumulation of new technology, especially the breakthrough of artificial intelligence technology, eventually led to the birth of intelligent surgery. Intelligent surgery can raise the level of automation in surgical practice to new heights, change the thinking mode of surgeons, and create new surgical models and new medical industries. Intelligent technology will change the service logic of surgeons, so the surgeons must have comprehensive ability.

In order to clarify the research directions of medical facilities' data analysis and decision in operation and maintenance management,the paper illustrates current functions of medical facilities operation and maintenance from the following aspects:building hospital intelligent management,power supply and distribution system's safety,energy consumption's optimization,network's optimization and complex medical equipment's operation guarantee.The problems of data analysis and decision about hospital facilities' operation and maintenance management are summarized.Four kinds of data decision models are put forward,including risk identification,health assessment of equipment,faults prediction and diagnosis,and management optimization.These methods could provide reference for the development of medical facilities' operation and maintenance.

With the publishment of the application guideline for the key project of "Research on Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine" by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2018, the problem of "intelligentization" in the production of decoction pieces of Chinese crude drugs has attracted more and more attention from the industry. Some suggestions on the intelligentization of the production of decoction pieces of Chinese crude drugs in the course of transformation of production mode and innovation of production technology of decoction pieces of Chinese crude drugs" were proposed in this paper, which in order to help the implementation of the project and the development of decoction pieces industry.

RESUMO

The clinical application of surgical robot was introduced historically, comprehensive description was executed on its research progress in foreign countries and China, planning and skill modeling, clinical application and development trend, and the clinical application of Da Vinci surgical system was described particularly. It's pointed out that universal surgical robot, autonomous surgical robot and micro/nano surgical robot would flourish in the future. Kinds of surgical robots applied clinically contributed to healthcare service greatly.

RESUMO

Objective To develop a mobile doctor system to improve the efficiency of ward rounds and enhance the quality and safety of medical services.Methods The system had the mobile intelligent terminal as the hardware platform and wireless LAN as the network platform.Three-layer architecture containing user layer,logic layer and Web Service data interface layer was also involved in to facilitate the doctor to execute patient data browse,inquiry and etc at any time.Results The doctor might perform medical records inquiry with the system and then provide precision diagnosis and treatment,so that the satisfaction of the patient was enhanced greatly.Conclusion The system eliminates the needless manual execution of medical prescription,and increases the efficiencies of medical staffs.

RESUMO

Objective To develop a kind of system of simulation and training on ECG for studying ,training and assessing of biomedical engineer. Methods The simulation training system was designed based on PC. In the hardware system, ADuC848 SCM was adopted as the primary controller, QuickStart exploration platform was used to develop firmware, and intelligent assessing system was explored by C++ Builder. Results Biomedical Engineer could be trained, checked and evaluated by the system. Conclusion The system, combining practice and examination, pays attention to basic skill training and thus improves studying efficiency.
