Effect of gold micro needle radiofrequency combined with syringe needle subsicion therapy on scar release operation / 中华医学美学美容杂志

Objective:To explore the efficacy of gold micro needle radiofrequency combined with syringe needle subsicion therapy in the treatment of facial acne scars.Methods:A total of 58 patients with facial depression acne scars admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as subjects. There were 28 cases in the control group and the rest was the experimental group. The control group was treated with gold micro needle radiofrequency, and the experimental group was given a small syringe needle on the basis of the control group. After the treatment, the treatment effect and delayed construction period were observed.Results:According to the results of two independent samples Wilcoxon rank sum test, the treatment results of the two groups were different ( Z=2.742 and P=0.006). The effect of experimental group (mean rank 34.74) was better than that of control group (mean rank 23.88). According to =0.05 level, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of missed work time after three treatments. There was no significantly difference between the two groups. Conclusions:Gold micro needle radiofrequency combined with syringe needle subsicion therapy for the treatment of facial acne scar has a satisfactory effect, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

Microacupotomy combined with Du pulse acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascial pain syndrome / 中国基层医药

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of microacupotomy combined with Du pulse acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascial pain syndrome. Methods:110 patients with lumbar and dorsal myofascial pain syndrome who received treatment between February 2019 and August 2020 in Haining People's Hospital were included in this study. They were randomly assigned to receive either electroacupuncture (control group, n = 55) or microacupotomy combined with Du pulse acupuncture (observation group, n = 55). Therapeutic effects were compared between the control and observation groups. Results:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in tenderness and Visual Analogue Scale scores between the control and observation groups (both P > 0.05). After treatment, tenderness and VAS scores in the observation group were (0.81 ± 0.11) points and (2.36 ± 0.25) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group [(1.31 ± 0.10) points, (3.34 ± 0.19) points, t = 24.943 and 23.146, both P < 0.001]. Effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [98.18% (54/55) vs. 81.82% (45/55), χ2 = 8.182, P < 0.05]. After treatment, tenderness scores of the gluteus medius, psoas quadratus and multifidus muscles in each group were increased, and these scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( t = 3.937, 2.963 and 3.633, all P < 0.05). Conclusion:Microacupotomy combined with Du pulse acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofascial pain syndrome can effectively decrease the degree of pain and strengthen clinical therapeutic effects.

Protective effect of micro needle array drug delivery technology on the blood vessel of arteriovenous fistula / 中国综合临床

Objective To investigate the protective effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream(MPC) and micro needle array drug delivery technologarray(MNADDT) on the blood vessel of arteriovenous fistula.Methods Eighty cases maintenance hemodialysis patients with autogenous arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into control group(with the treatment of MPC) and study group(with the treatment of MPC plus MNADDT),40 patients in each group.Both groups were studied for the duration of 12 months.The vascular complications of puncture pain sense,puncture failure times,phlebitis,hardening of the arteries,internal fistula stenosis or embolism,pseudoaneurysm,swollen hands comprehensive syndrome of two groups were observed,and the changes of arteriovenous fistula blood flow,blood vessel diameter by Doppler ultrasound were observed in the two groups for 12 months.Results (1)The incidence of puncture pain(2.71±0.11 vs.2.76±0.14,t=2.21,P<0.05),puncture failure times(38 times vs.73 times,χ2=11.425,P<0.05),phlebitis(2 cases vs.8 cases,χ2=4.341,P<0.05) and blood vessel sclerosis(2 cases vs.9 cases,χ2=5.446,P<0.05) of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group during the study(P<0.05).(2)Blood flow of arteriovenous fistulain of control group before and after treatment were (859.7±148.3) ml/min and (946.5±169.2) ml/min respectively,and the difference was significant(t=2.356,P<0.05).While blood flow of arteriovenous fistulain,cephalic vein diameter,head of venous flow velocity of study group before and after treatment were (824.6±171.5) ml/min and (1 218.1±241.9) ml/min,(5.59±0.74) mm and (6.02±0.57) mm,(94.23±27.35) cm/s and (115.85±36.63) cm/s,respectively,and the differences were significant(t=8.212,2.382,2.877,P<0.05),there were no significantly changes in the above indexes in the study group after treatment(t=5.3612,2.152,2.281,P<0.05).Conclusion MPC plus MNADDT can reduce the vascular complications of arteriovenous fistula,improve blood vessel diameter and increase blood flow.

Research progress in transdermal deliver technology of micro needle / 中国生化药物杂志

Animal medicine contains a large number of polypeptide and its biological activity is stronger, but it’s biological characteristics not contains injection,oral and subcutaneous.Therefore, domestic and foreign scholars continue to study the combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture,acupoint therapy and transdermal drug delivery technology of micro needle technology.With the development of science and technology, micro needle percutaneous drug delivery technology research and development has become increasingly mature.The advantages of high efficiency,safe, painless delivery and low cost have also provided a possibility for clinical application.This article elaborated the characteristics of micro needle, classification and research progress in scientific field of micro needle in recent years.Meanwhile, this article summarizes the producing method of transdermal drug delivery micro needle,and also lays a theoretical foundation for the further understanding of the micro needle and it’s fabrication.

Clinical efficacy of fractionated ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser combined with microneedle for the treatment of acne scars / 中华医学美学美容杂志

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fractionated ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser combined with microneedle for depressed acne scars.Methods Totally 86 patients with depressed acne scar were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group received fractionated ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser combined with microneedle technology and the control group only received fractionated ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser.The treatment interval was 1 to 3 months,and the whole course was 2-8 times.The total effective rate and the adverse reaction were analyzed in the facial acne scar.Results The surface of depressed acne scars was significantly improved.ECCA score of all patients declined obviously after treatment,the score of the treatment group declined from 61± 11 to 45± 15,and the control group declined from 57± 14 to 40± 16.There were significantly statistical differences in the results of each group (P＜0.05).More treatment times resulted in better surface improvement.The total effective rate were 81.8％ (18/22) and 100％ (24/24) in the treatment group,and 80.0％ (16/20) and 100％ (20/22) in the control group.The course was 6.8± 1.6 months in the treatment group and 20.8±4.6 months in the control group (P＜0.05) to get a similar satisfied result.There were no obvious adverse reactions except two cases of erythema and pigmentation in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group.The former was with less adverse reactions.Conclusions Ultrapulse carbon dioxide laser combined with microneedle technique is effective for facial acne scars,with less complications and shorten treatment course.

Effects of different triptolide formulations given by MEMS micro-needles on skin injury of rheumatoid arthritis rats / 中国药学杂志

OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different triptolide formulations given by micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) micro-needles on skin injury of rheumatoid arthritis rats . METHODS: Three formulations of triptolide were prepared including the aqueous solution of 20% propylene glycol, liposomes, and liposomes hydrogel patch. Rats with rheumatoid arthritis induced by collagen II were used, and 100 and 200 μm MEMS micro-needles treatment was performed on left and right sides of rat skin. The lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities were measured by ultraviolet spectro-photometric method. RESULTS: After processed by MEMS micro-needle, the LDH activities of RA rat skin did not change obviously (P > 0.05). All triptolide formulations increased LDH activities (P 0.05). CONCLUSION: Both 100 and 200 μm MEMS micro-needles were safe for enhancement of transdermal delivery in rheumatoid arthritis rats. The skin injury was observably relieved when triptolide was prepared as liposomes hydrogel patch which is a perfect formulation for transdermal delivery of triptolide.
