RESUMO

[Objectives]Observation of thermal moxibustion combined Ondansetron prevention and treatment of the effect of deficiency syndrome nausea and vomiting by malignant tumor chemotherapy,to explore using thermal moxibustion combined Ondansetron method,it can reduce the feasibility of chemotherapy induced gastrointestinal adverse reaction,to further improve the life quality of patients, provide safe effective treatment measures.[Method]60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),two groups of patients had comprehensive chemotherapy regimens, control group adopted Ondansetron conventional anti-nausea,on the basis of the control group, treatment group with thermal moxibustion used Zhongwan,Shenque(CV 8),Neiguan(P6) Zusanli(ST36) and Weishu acupuncture points, and combined the Ondansetron treatment, the course of the treatment for 7 days, respectively,on day 1,day 3,7,record nausea and vomiting and appetite symptoms integral.Using SPSS18.0 software system, analysis and evaluation of the symptoms of different time points before and after treatment the change of the integral.[Results]Compared with control group, treatment group of nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite each score significantly lower than the control group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01)).[Conclusion]Thermal moxibustion combined with Ondansetron can effectively reduce the degree of deficiency syndrome nausea and vomiting caused by the malignant tumor chemotherapy, can effectively improve the patients' tolerance to chemotherapy.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofXing Nao Kai Qiao (brain-awakening and orifice-opening) needling plus thunder-fire moxibustion in treating vertebrobasilar ischemia.Method Fifty-five patients with vertebrobasilar ischemia were randomized into a treatment group of 26 cases and a control group of 29 cases. The treatment group was intervened byXing Nao Kai Qiao needling plus thunder-fire moxibustion, while the control group was by oral administration ofYangxue Qingnao granules. The blood flow of vertebrobasilar arteries were observed by using ultrasonic Doppler blood-flow detector before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The recovery and markedly-effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 61.5% and 96.2% in the treatment group, versus 34.5% and 89.7% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01,P<0.05). The VS and VD of vertebral arteries and VS of basilar arteries were significantly changed after intervention in the treatment group (P<0.05). The VS of basilar arteries was significantly changed after intervention in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, The VS of vertebral and basilar arteries in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionXing Nao Kai Qiao needling plus thunder-fire moxibustion is an effective approach in treating vertebrobasilar ischemia.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion on the blood lipid and hemorheology in senile patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) due to heart blood stagnation who underwent interventional treatment.Method A hundred senile CHD patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional medications, while the treatment group was additionally by thunder-fire moxibustion. The blood lipid and hemorheology were observed before the treatment and after 3 treatment courses.Result The blood lipid parameters (including CHO, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C) were changed significantly in the treatment group after the intervention (P<0.05). The CHO, TG, and LDL-C levels of the treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05). The hemorheology parameters (whole blood viscosities at a high-, middle-, and low-shear rate, and fibrinogen) were significantly changed in the treatment group after the intervention (P<0.05). The whole blood viscosities at a high-, middle-, and low-shear of the treatment group were markedly different from that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion can down-regulate the blood lipid and blood viscosity of CHD patients undergone interventional treatment, and thus improve myocardial ischemia.

RESUMO

The therapeutic effect and mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of Herpes Zoster were studied. It was found that the level of T lymphocyte subsets of the patients with Herpes Zoster was within the normal range before treatment, but slightly lower than in the health group. Th cells and NK cells were significantly decreased in the patients with Herpes Zoster as compared with those in the health group (P<0. 05),suggesting the cellular immunity of the patients with Herpes Zoster was decreased. After treatment with moxibustion, the level of all the T lymphocyte subsets was increased, close to the normal. Among them the levels of Th cells and NK cells were significantly different from those before the treatment (P<0. 05). The disappearance of exanthema and relief of neuralgia in the patients was also quicker than in the controls (P<0. 01). It was indicated that moxibustion had a good effect in the treatment of Herpes Zoster, which was contributed to the enhancement of the body antiviral ability by the improvement of immunity, especially the cellular immunity.
