RESUMO

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of selenium trace element supplemented with fulvic acids andhumic acids on some trait of Anethum graveolens L. This experiment was conducted in a completely randomizedblock design with three levels of fulvic acids and humic acids (0, 15, and 50 mmol/l) and selenium application infive levels (0, 6, 8, 12, and 16 mg/l) with three replications in the greenhouse at Tehran municipality. The resultsof this experiment showed that the effect of selenium at different acids on morphological traits was significant. So that the dry weight of shoot and root, plant height, ion leakage, chlorophyll, and antioxidant enzymes wereaffected by increasing Se, humic and fulvic acids levels. Results indicated that selenium along with acidsincreased some major oil components, including ɑ-Pinene, β-Myrcene, ɑ-Phellandrene, and Carvone.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for analyzing the volatile oil of high-yield and high-oil Curcuma kwangsiensis, and to provide reference for its breeding. METHODS:GC-MS was performed on the column of HP-5MS quartz elastic capillary column, carrier gas was high purity helium(99.999%),flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,inlet temperature was 250 ℃,the initial tem-perature of column was 50 ℃(temperature programmed),split injection with split ratio of 10:1. Mass spectrometry conditions:ionization mode was the electron impact ion source, ionization energy was 70 eV,the ion source temperature was 230 ℃,the quadrupole temperature was 150 ℃, transmission line temperature was 280 ℃,the electron multiplier voltage was 1588 V,and mass scanning range was m/z 45 to 500. High-yield and high-oil germplasm of were screened from 100 different germplasms, the volatile oil composition of single plant and relative percentage contents of each composition were compared,SPSS 22.0 software was used for cluster analysis. RESULTS:Totally 10 high-yield and high-oil germplasm were screened,54 kinds of compounds were identified, the common compositions of 10 different germplasms were camphor,1-caryophyllene,γ-elemene,curcumene, gemma ketone and new curdione, most germplasms contained borneol,isoborneol,δ-elemene,germacrene and calamine. The C78,C104,purpose 2,volatile oil content and relative percentage contents of active compositions in volatile oil were high. The 10 high-yield and high-oil germplasms can be divided into 3 groups. CONCLUSIONS:The study basically clears the main chemicalcomposition of volatile oil of high-yield and high-oil C. kwangsiensis,C78,C104 and purpose 2 are the more excellent strains in high-yield and high-oil C. Kwangsiensis germplasm.

RESUMO

In an epidemiological study of metal workers exposed to metalworking fluids(MWF), the prevalence time of evoultion, seasonal occurrence and clinical type of contact dermatitis were investigated. Composinal analyses of MWF with HPLC, dermatological examination and two consecutive questionnaire surveys were conducted. Study population was divided into two groups ; workers contact to cutting oil and workers contact to rust preventive oil. In the analysis of MWF, aliphatic hydrocarbons, having 12-20 carbons, was most common composition(49.04%) of cutting oil otherwise, major contents (90.99%) of the rust preventives oil were aliphatic hydrocarbons composed of 6-9 carbons. The frequency (point prevalence) of contact dermatitis(CD) was 7(12.7 per 100 subjects) in the dermatological examination of 55 workers. As the result of second survey for contact dermatitis, cumulative prevalence of oil working full-time and recent 1 year prevalence in two groups were 28.0, 16.7 and 15.1, 12.5 per 100 subjects. There were no difference in the prevalence of CD by oil, age, oil contact duration. Summer is the most common evolution season in workers exposed to cuttiogs, but not in workers exposed to rust preventive oil. Major clinical type of CD was erythematous papules in both groups. It presents the importance of preventive measures that 51.1% suffer from contact dermatitis had medical care at their own expense, and 47.1% of them felt serious about their contact dermatitis. From the fact that 68.6% think cotton gloves protective apparatus, we emphasize the need for health education.
