RESUMO

Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing combined with 317 nursing-nurse's education assistant on the bowel preparation of elderly patients. Methods The elderly patients who was hospitalized or physically examined between March and December 2017 were divided into two groups with their wills:60 cases in the observation group and 58 cases in the control group. In the former group, the education with the predictive nursing and the 317 nursing-nurse's education assistant by primary nurses was conducted and in the latter, the traditional oral and paper method was used for the bowel preparation. Results The quality of bowel preparation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The predictive nursing combined with the 317 nursing-nurse's education assistant can improve the bowel preparation quality and reduce the complication rate in the elderly patients.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on severe complication of radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder. Methods A total of 30 patients undergoing radical cystectomy with orthotopic ileal neobladder were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 15 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing, while the intervention group received psychological counseling, health education, sufficient preoperative preparation, postoperative strict tube care, nutritional support according to the serious complications after operation. The postoperative complications, indwelling time of tubes, hospitalization days between two groups were compared. Results Serious complications rate after surgery of the intervention group was lower than that in the control group. The indwelling time of tubes, length of stay in the intervention group were less than those of the control group, the two groups had significant difference. Conclusions Early predictive nursing intervention can reduce compli-cations rate after radical cystectomy and ileal neobladder, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the success rate of operation.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the clinical value of predictive nursing procedure for patients with orthopedic trauma. Methods 130 patients with orthopedic trauma were randomly divided into the observation group(72 cases)and the control group(58 patients). The control group was given conventional orthopedic care. The observation group was given predictive nursing procedure. The effective rescue time, hospital stay, hospital costs, complications, success rate of rescue and satisfaction degree with nursing for the two groups were taken for statistics. Results The effective rescue time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group. The hospital costs reduced significantly. The complications in the observation group were significantly less than the control group, while the success rate of rescue was significantly higher. The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions The predictive nursing for patients with orthopedic trauma can improve treatment effect and reduce complications and hospital costs, which is worthy of promotion.

RESUMO

Objective To summarize the effect of predictive nursing combined with high-quality nursing in patients with pulmonary embolism or having risk factors of pulmonary embolism (PE).Methods A retrospective analysis of nursing in 57 PE patients was camied out,Nursing flow chart was established. For patients with high risk factors of PE,predictive nursingwas administered, including analysis of risk factors, health education, general nursing and pertinent nursing. For PE patients, holistic nursing was administered, including emergeney nursing, basic nursing, observation of illness, nursing of thrombolytic therapy, psychological nursing and rehabilitation nursing, Results All patients accorded with thrombolysis indication and received thrombolysis treatment. Conclusions Predictive and high-quality nursing should be used in PE patients in order to improve treatment effect.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on the living donor liver transplantation. Methods Forty patients undergoing living donor liver transplantation were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 20 patients in each group randomly. We gave routine nursing cooperation to the control group while predictive nursing besides routine nursing cooperation to the intervention group. The operation time, cold ischemia time of donor liver, nursing complication, cost of surgery and satisfaction degree of surgery cooperation were recorded. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time, cold ischemia time of donor liver, nursing complication, cost of surgery were all decreased, and the satisfaction degree of surgery cooperation was improved. Conclusions Predictive nursing can improve nursing operation quality, raise the efficiency of nursing and surgery, reduce the incidence of complication, which is beneficial to smooth progress of operation and increase satisfaction degree of doctors and nurses to nursing cooperation.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the application effect of bedside evaluation of deglutition function and predictive nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia in neurology department. Methods 320 Patients with dysphagia were divided into the observation group and control group with 160 cases in each group. The observation group was given admission nursing evaluation and bedside evaluation of deglutition function while the control group only received admission nursing evaluation. The incidence of complications in each group were assessed. Results The incidence of complications such as aspiration, pulmonary infection, asphyxia and metabolic disturbance in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The bedside evaluation of deglutition function could accurately evaluate the degree of swallowing disorder and supply theoretical evidence for predictive nursing intervention by in structing clinical application of selective measures for patients with dysphagia. This could guarantee safe food intake and reductive incidence of complications of patients. So we advocated that bedside evaluation of deglutition function should be a routine admission nursing evaluation in neurology department.
