RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide on the memory, movement and ERP (event-related potentials) in patients with cerebral infarction cognitive impairment. Methods A total of 134 patients with cerebral infarction cognitive impairment were randomly divided into treatment group (67 patients) and control group (67 patients). All patients were given conventional cerebral infarction treatment as well as cognitive improvement intervention.Oral administration of butylphthalide was added onto the patients in the treatment group.Curative effects were observed after 30 days′ continued treatment. The cognitive function scores, memory scores, movement scores,ERP test and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 30 days′ treatment, two groups of the montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) scores were 27.2±4.9 and 25.1±4.1 respectively;the total scores of memory were 5.5±0.5 and 4.9±0.5 respectively;the scores of motor assessment scale (Fugl-meyer) were 85.6±6.2 and 74.2±6.1 respectively and P3 amplitudes were (9.5±0.9)μV and (8.1±0.9)μV respectively. All the indexes mentioned above in treatment group were significantly increased compared with those of before treatment(P<0.05).The results of N1,N2,P2 and P3 in the latency detection were significantly decreased compared with those of before treatment(P<0.05).And the results of P2 and P3 in the latency detection of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,no adverse reaction was observed in both groups. Conclusion Based on conventional cerebral infraction treatment, oral administration of butyraldehyde effectively improve the therapeutic effect.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate influence of different usage of dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage on hemodynamics and postoperative throat pain of laryngeal mask anesthesia patients. Methods Sixty patients in flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy with laryngeal mask anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups according to different usage of dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage (n =20).Group A was coated laryngeal mask with paraffin oil.Group B was coated laryngeal mask with dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage.Group C was coated laryngeal mask with dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage and dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage gargle. The indwelling time of laryngeal mask, postoperative recovery time of spontaneous breathing, time of hearing the call to open eyes, and the time of pulling out the laryngeal mask were recorded.Heart rate (HR), mean blood pressure (MBP) index at T1 (pre-anesthesia induction), T2 (1 min before pulling out the laryngeal mask), T3 (pulling out the laryngeal mask), T4 (5 min after removing the laryngeal mask), and T5 (10 min after removing the laryngeal mask) were recorded. The complications of throat after removing laryngeal mask were observed. The pain degree of sore-throat at the time of 30 minutes after removing the laryngeal mask was observed. The adverse reactions of the usage of dyclonine hydrochloride were observed in three groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in indwelling time of laryngeal mask, postoperative recovery time of spontaneous breathing, time of hearing the call to open eyes, and the time of pulling out the laryngeal mask among three groups (P > 0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in HR, MBP at T1 , and T5 (P > 0.05).HR and MBP were higher in group A than in groups B and C at T2 ~ T4, and HR and MBP were higher in group B than in group C at T2 ~ T4, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).The incidences of sore throat and swallowing discomfort were significantly lower in groups B and C than in group A (P < 0.05).The incidences of sore throat and swallowing discomfort were significantly lower in group C than in group B (P <0.05).No statistically significant difference were found in incidence of hoarseness among three groups (P> 0.05).The pain degree of sore-throat in group C were significantly lower than in group B, and the pain degree of sore-throat in groups B and C was significantly lower than in group A (P < 0.05).There were no allergic reactions and local anesthetic poisoning for three groups. Conclusions Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage can reduce hemodynamic fluctuations during recovery period, and prevent or relieve effectively the patient's throat pain after laryngeal mask anesthesia. At the same time, dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage can improve the patient's postoperative physical comfort without adverse reactions, especially coated laryngeal mask with dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage and dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage gargle.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the roles of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and P38MAPK in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease(AD) rats, and the effects of butyIphthalide on the influence of VEGF and P38MAPK in hippocampus of AD rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,AD model group, butylphthalide low-dose group and high dose group (n =8 rats per group).Aggregated Aβ1-42 was injected into the bilateral hippocampus of rats by stereotaxic coordinates method to induce AD.Morris water maze test was used to determine the abilities of learning and memory.Western blotting combined with Gel Doc imagine systems were used to investigate the expression of VEGF and P-P38MAPK in hippocampus of AD rats. Results The result of Morris water maze experiment showed that one week after modeling, escape latency was different(F =66.658,P < 0.05),and either dose the frequency of crossing platform (F =6.884,P <0.05).Compared with the blank group, the other three groups'latent period of escape was extended significantly(P < 0.05),and frequency of crossing platform was significantly less (P < 0.05).After drug intervention for 4 weeks, the expression of VEGF was difference(F =171.064,P <0.05),it was decreased obviously in the model group than blank group(P <=0.05),but it was increased in the drug intervention groups than model group (P < 0.05),and increased more significantly in the high dose group than low dose group (P < 0.05).The expression of P38MAPK had no obvious change among four groups (P > 0.05),however,the expression of P-P38MAPK showed difference(F =104.395,P < 0.05),it was increased in drug intervention and model group than blank group (P < 0.05),it was increased in drug intervention and model group than blank group (P < 0.05),reduced significantly in drug intervention groups than model group (P < 0.05),and decreased more significantly in high dose groups than low dose group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide could obviously enhance the expression of VEGF,reduce the expression of P-P38MAPK in hippocampus of AD rats.
