RESUMO

Objective To study and analyze the quality safety of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus during clinical application to reduce the incidence of adverse events. Methods According to the actual use of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and the data of quality control, the quality and safety factors of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus during clinical application were studied by quantitative analysis of the ultrasonic source dose, image quality and etc. Results The factors affecting the quality safety of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus included the ultrasonic source dose, image quality, external environment and the operator's ability. Conclusion It is of great significance to understand the basic characteristics of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and execute periodically preventive maintenance and quality control for increasing medical service quality while decreasing the incidence of adverse events.

RESUMO

The circulation process of Chinese materia medica involves a series of links from planting to marketing. Unqualified problems of Chinese materia medica are common in each link of the process of circulation, which seriously harm public health and the further development of Chinese materia medica market. Therefore, the relevant government departments have paid high attention to quality safety of Chinese materia medica and issued many policies. This article sorted out the policies of quality safety control of Chinese materia medica in circulation, analysed the existing problems, and proposed the corresponding suggestions, with a purpose to provide valuable references for government departments to further improve the quality of Chinese materia medica.

RESUMO

Objective To design and develop an intelligent material cabinet system in the department to execute informatized management of auto replenishment,quality safety and statistical query.Methods The intelligent material cabinet system had the functions of auto replenishment after inventory prewarning,recalling material record after login of an authorized user,and quality control of enterprise qualification and expiration prewarning.Mircosoft.Net technology framework,C/S architecture design and MS SQL Server database were involved in to develop the system,which was composed of a weighing cell,an electronic display screen,a material tray,an intelligent material cabinet and etc.The cabinet system had uniprocessor and network versions,and realized medical material fine management based on the hospital intranet.Results The cabinet system contributed to standardized operation,high-efficiency transport and quality safety.Conclusion The cabinet system behaves well in standardized,streamlined and informatized medical material management,and thus is worthy promoting practically.

RESUMO

As a traditional Chinese medicine, wolfberry (Lycium barbarum) has a long cultivation history and a good industrial development foundation. With the development of wolfberry production, the expansion of cultivation area and the increased attention of governments and consumers on food safety, the quality and safety requirement of wolfberry is higher demanded. The quality tracing and traceability system of production entire processes is the important technology tools to protect the wolfberry safety, and to maintain sustained and healthy development of the wolfberry industry. Thus, this article analyzed the wolfberry quality management from the actual situation, the safety hazard sources were discussed according to the HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control point) and GAP (good agricultural practice for Chinese crude drugs), and to provide a reference for the traceability system of wolfberry.
