OBJECT IVE To analyze the situation of comprehensive drug evaluation research in China. METHODS Using the method of bibliometrics ，CiteSpace 5.8.R3 analysis tool was used to summarize the research situation and hotspots from 6 dimensions，such as safety ，effectiveness，economy，innovation，suitability and accessibility. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS At present，there were many types of researches on safety and effectiveness. The economic evaluation was increasing. There were still not much researches on the comprehensive evaluation of drugs from 6 dimensions. Researchers were concentrated ，and there was less collaboration between researchers or research institutions. In terms of methods ，systematic review ，meta-analysis，clinical observational research and retrospective research were more common. The topic selection of antibacterial drugs ，anti-tumor drugs ， and cardiovascular drugs were more popular. It is recommended to establish a unified method and standard for clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs ，clarify the coordination medianism of the comprehensive drug evaluation ，make full use of real-world data to enrich the contents of 6 dimensions，implement quality control for all segments of the evaluation ，and form a comprehensive evaluation report with sufficient evidence and definite results ，so as to promote the clinical application of the results.
RESUMO
Objective To summarize the present development by analysis of projects in schistosomiasis funded by National Science Foundation of China(NSFC). Methods Based on the ISIS database of NFSC,the projects in the studies of schistoso-miasis from 2005 to 2016 were analyzed. The distributions of sponsored numbers,amounts,types,agencies,disciplines and changes in research topics by means of network profiles were described. Results During the study period,198 projects were funded by NSFC totally with 76.05 million yuan in which the general and youth projects were main types. The main sponsored agencies were research institutes and medical colleges. The top three fields sponsored were medical pathogenic microbes and in-fection,veterinary and medical immunology. Conclusion The funding on schistosomiasis researches has a downward trend, but studies are continuing in depth. In this situation,innovative and interdisciplinary researches need to be encouraged to pro-mote the development of schistosomiasis.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the further research and development of bamboo juice. METHODS:Comb-ing the ancient and modern literatures,the processing historical evolution,origins,technology,chemical ingredients,quality stan-dards and efficacy were analyzed,the problems were found and solutions were put forward. RESULTS:Bamboo juice's processing can be traced back to the Liang Dynasty,still being used today with light bamboo juice. And now,varieties of bamboos(Phyllo-stachys glauca,Phyllostachys viridiglaucescens,Pleioblastus amarus,and Neosino calamus,etc.) were processed into medicine. The research for the chemical ingredients was mainly for the changes of bamboo juice with different varieties and amino acids,phe-nols,organic acids and inorganic elements in bamboo juice with different technologies,and there was no comprehensive study on the material basis of bamboo juice. Its quality standards must be improved. Although there was comparative study for the traditional processing technology and modern technology in chemical ingredients,the study did not compare the efficacy of its material founda-tions. The research for the efficacy of bamboo juice only involved relieving cough and resolving phlegm,and its relieving convul-sion,resuscitation,calming diabetes and other pharmacological effects haven't been reported. CONCLUSIONS:In the future, in-dept research can be carried out from the aspects of standardizing the name,base source and processing technology parameters, improving quality standards,strengthening basic research of effective substances,and improving traditional technology and equip-ment level.

Objective To analyse the current scientific research situation of the young doctors in Zhongshan Hospital.Methods We surveyed the young doctors with a questionnaire for their basic information,scientific research projects and published papers,research motivations and difficulties in scientific research.Results Their quantity of research projects and production of papers were less than that they were expected.The main motivation for scientific research was to gain promotion and their primary difficulty was heavy load of clinical work.Conclusion There is a gap between the general level of the young doctors in scientific research and the development require of Zhongshan hospital.

This review summarizes the present situation of research, development and application of the Chinese herbal feed additives and its prospect. It can provide scientific references for researchers to carry out in-depth study. Chinese herbal feed additives will hopefully solve problems such as antibiotic residues, environmental pollu-tion, low productivity which hinders the development of livestock and provides strong support for developing green husbandry, meeting the food safety demand, closing the gap of livestock between the developed countries and Chi-na, increasing competitiveness of Chinese animal products in world markets. The development of Chinese herbal feed additives have very important economic and social benefits.

The treatment of cerebral palsy is still a big medical problem.The pathogenesis of spasticity,as result of a variety of lesions of the cerebral cortex,brain stem,spinal cord,is caused by involvement of the inhibitory pyramidal and parapyramidal descending tracts terminating on the spinal facilitatory myotatic reflex.A lesion of the descending tracts disturbs this equilibrium leading to spasticity,which is cha-racterized by muscle resistance at rest that is velocity dependent and associated with an increase in tonic stretch reflexes resulting from hype-rexcitability of the stretch reflex.Spasticity caused abnomal posture,caused special movement,and higher multilation,which affect children's life severely.There are so many ways to lower hypermyotonia,such as:drugs,rehabilitation care,acupuncture and so on.Bioelectric stimulation therapy is a new ways in the zone.Its curative effect and the mechanism are still in explore,this article just to give an overview about bioelectric stimulation therapy in curing spastic cerebral palsy.
