Clinical effects of Huoxue Zhuyu Qingdu Decoction combined with routine treatment on patients with sepsis-induced acute kidney injury / 中成药

AIM To investigate clinical effects of Huoxue Zhuyu Qingdu Decoction combined with routine treatment on patients with sepsis-induced acute kidney injury.METHODS One hundred and twenty-two patients were randomly and equally divided into control group for a four-week routine treatment,and observation group for a four-week intervention of Huoxue Zhuyu Qingdu Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.RESULTS Significantly decreased post-treatment APACHE Ⅱ,SOFA scores,and TNF-α,IL-6,IL-18,Scr,CysC,NGAL levels in both groups (P ＜ 0.05),and markedly lower values of the indices in the observation group than in the control group were observed (P ＜ 0.05).Meanwhile,the observation group demonstrated its superiority in terms of significantly shorter hospitalization time and lower mortality rate (P ＜ 0.05).CONCLUSION For patients with sepsisinduced acute kidney injury,a combination therapy of Huoxue Zhuyu Qingdu Decoction and routine treatment contributes to a good prognosis due to their synergistic effect in alleviating inflammatory reactions and improving renal injury.

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures Cases of Clinical Observation / 浙江中医药大学学报

[Objective] To study the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of tibial plateau fractures cases for clinical observation.[Methods] Randomly select 72 cases of patients in our hospital in 2010-2011, April, make a diagnosis and give treatment with fracture of tibial plateau, divide into two groups, control group 36 cases were treated by routine operation fixed and functional recovery exercise therapy; The team of 36 patients based on treatment with TCM. [Results] The research group patients, excellence rate was significantly higher than the control group, there was significantly statistical differences. Two groups of patients in adverse reactions, through statistical analysis of clinic, research group was better than control group, with statistical difference.[Conclusion] Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of tibial plateau fracture, the clinical curative effect is distinct, can accurately determine fracture position, select the appropriate clinical treatment, help patients recover at an early date, worthy of clinical application for a long time.

Clinical observation on effect of Meituokang combined with western medicine in treating patients with angina pectoris / 中成药

AIM: To observe the therapeutic effect of Meituokang(Floium Ginkgo Extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine injection) combined with western medicine in treating patients with angina pectoris. METHODS: 74 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(38 cases) were only treated with the routine Isosorbide Mononitrate; Metoprolol;Amlodipine;Aspirin enteric coated tablets and the treatment group(36 cases) were treated with Meituokang Injection qd,iv gtt besides the conventional treatment method of the control group.The course lasted 14 days. RESULTS: In comparison,the total efficacy rate of angina pectoris and the electrocardiogram(ECG) were 94.44% and 80.56% in the treatment group and 76.32% and 52.63% in the control group,respectively.There was significant difference between two groups by statistical analysis(P
