@#Expression and regulation of genetic genes determine the senescent process. Generally, aging has been regarded as an irreversible process. Along with age increasing, each organ of the body including immune system experiences senescence. Immunosenescence promotes the age-related diseases, such as tumor, cardiovascular diseases, Alzheimer's disease, osteoporosis, and so on. These diseases seriously affect the quality of human life and longevity. How to delay senility, maintain immune function, and keep a good health have become the hot points of social concerns. Inthisreview, by discussing theaging, immunosenescence and its related diseases, aging and tumor treatment as well as anti-aging and disease treatment etc, we explore the mechanisms, prevention and treatment of senescence, senescence-related disease and anti-aging.

Uric acid is the end product of metabolism of purine which is synthesized in the body and from food.It is also an antioxidant in the body,and closely related to the bone,cardiovascular system,endocrine system,respiratory system,nervous system,urinary system,ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology especially in the elderly.Therefore,more attentions should be paid to the relationship between hyperuricemia and senile diseases.Early screening and treatment of hyperuricemia might enable an improvement of the quality of life and even an extension of the life of older people.

[Objective] To study the clinical effect of the decoction of warming kidney and notifying spleen added with 1a(OH)D3 on senile osteoporosis.[Method] Administer 180 cases with the decoction and 1a(OH)D3 3 tablets;test the BMD change of lumbar vertebra and left thighbone before and after treatment,record the low back pain as well.[Result] After 3 courses,BMD was increased by 2.02% for low back,it was by 1.82% for thighbone;there’s difference between before and after treatment;82 cases were markedly relieved on low back pain(45.56%),76(42.22%)much relieved;there’s no marked difference on Ca,P and AKP.[Conclusion]The decoction and 1a(OH)D3 can improve bone concentration,increase bone intensity,relieve pain and symptoms.

It is discussed in this paper the origins and pathogenesis of treating senile disease from spleen in TCM,and the relationship between various methods of invigorating the spleen and senile deficiency syndromes.It has been proposed that the therapy principles of invigorating qi and spleen,stimulating the appetite to awake the splee,primering blood to go back to the spleen,dehumidification to activate spleen-energy,warming the kidney and spleen,dispersing the depressed liver-energy to belifit the spleen,going on dieting to belifit the spleen and clearing away heart-fire to support spleen etc.are used to prevent and cure senile diseases.It also listed the corresponding treatment prescriptions for the elderly patients.It provides a theoretical basis for treatment of senile diseases from the governance of spleen.And it provided a realistic basis and the implementation of the method for the prevention and treatment of elderly patient's deficiency aging.

Objective: In order to have more direction to treat senile diseases,the feature of diseases and the principle of medication are investigated.Methods: Through combining the experiences of prevention and cure of senile diseases,we can conclude and analyze from its characteristics of imbalance of YIN and YANG,clumsy of reaction,deterioration of entrails,inclusion of excess and deficiency et al.Results: Aiming its physiological and pathological feature,we propose the standpoint that we should limit reinforcing and reducing,protect gastric-qi and prescribe containing minerals.Conclusion: It has evident specificity when we diagnose and prescribe for the aged,and can not equate that to the young.
