Practical study on the integration of life narratives into care services for cancer patients / 中国医学伦理学

This paper took the “see your life story” - volunteer service project of the cancer patient care program of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University as an example， and explored the application of life narrative in the care service of cancer patients. The project adopted the multi-dimensional volunteer service model of “doctors and nurses + volunteers + social workers + patient friends”，used the life narrative method， and guided the three groups of cancer patients， patient caregivers， and oncology medical staff to tell their life stories through medical volunteers. Finally， these life stories were delivered in diversified ways， such as physical picture books， interview stories， and sharing meetings. The connection between patients can be promoted in the form of sharing， so that patients and caregivers can get support， and truly achieve to impact life with life. This paper selected the cases in life story books， deeply analyzed the important role of life narrative in promoting the physical and mental recovery of cancer patients， as well as provided reference suggestions for improving patients’medical experience and promoting the cultural development of public hospitals.

Analysis on the Problems of Nurses'Labor Cost Accounting from the Perspective of Management Accounting and Industry Finance Integration / 中国卫生经济

Nurses not only focus on nursing fees,but also participate in other medical fees,which is an important part of the hospital's medical services for patients.For the main resource consumption-labor cost in medical service project cost accounting,the labor cost of doctors(including medical and technical staff)and nurses is the most important part,but the labor cost accounting of nurses has not been paid enough attention for a long time.From the perspective of management accounting and the integration of industry and finance,it analyzes the characteristics of nurses'labor cost and accounting,and studies and discusses some problems of medical service project cost accounting based on nurses'labor cost,hoping to provide references for hospitals to carry out nurses'labor cost accounting in medical service projects more scientifically and reasonably.

Assessment on the implementation effect of basic public health service project in Jiangbei District of Chongqing / 上海预防医学

ObjectiveTo evaluate the implementation effect of the basic public health service project in Jiangbei District of Chongqing， so as to provide a basis for further improving the service content and social/economic benefits of the project. MethodsThe evaluation was conducted according to the “National Basic Public Health Service Regulations”， “National Basic Public Health Service Project Performance Evaluation Guidance Plan” and the assessment indicators， indicator requirements and weights of each project. The items were evaluated one by one， and each item was calculated and compared to obtain the trends in the three years from 2018 to 2020. ResultsThe evaluation results showed that the twelve contents of the basic public health service projects in Jiangbei District either met or exceeded the national requirements. The overall effect increased year by year， from 71.73 to 78.74 points. Eight of the twelve service contents have improved year by year， among which the report and processing of information related to infectious diseases and public health emergencies reached 100%， and the vaccination rate of “eight vaccines” reached 97%. Maternal and children （0-6 years old） health care increased significantly， rising by 39.89% and 36.62% respectively. Chronic disease health management was unsatisfactory. ConclusionThe effects of implementation of the basic public health service project is significant， and the service quality has improved year by year. The service content and assessment indicators are still imperfect and is worth of further research.

Relative workload measurement based on RBRVS theory on village level basic public health service projects / 中华医院管理杂志

Objective To scientifically measure the workload of basic public health services project on village level .Methods 257 village doctors and 24 public health administrators that work in rural health clinics in Qianjiang city ,Hubei province and Qianjiang distrcit ,Chongqing city were sampled ,with questionnaire survey and key informant in-depth interview methods used to screen basic public health service projects affordable on village level ,for workload measurement .Results 35 basic public health service projects were chosen as the measurement projects regarding their relative workload. Hypertension follow-up workload 100 was set as the benchmark ,finding the rest relative workload of other projects range from11～936 .Conclusions It is reasonable to use the relative value measurement based on RBRVS theory on village level basic public health service projects. Results of this study can offer support for the pricing and further dynamic modification of the basic public health service projects .

Project promotion of the center for teaching and faculty development based on the perspective of service marketing / 中华医学教育探索杂志

Lack of teachers' participating enthusiasm is the main problem that the institutions of teaching and faculty development face during the promoting process of faculty development projects. In this study, service marketing triangle theory was applied to the project promotion of the institutions of teaching and faculty development, the service marketing triangle theory for the project promotion of the center for teaching and faculty development was established. Through the three aspects of outside marketing, internal marketing and interaction marketing, the promotion strategies of faculty development projects were proposed. The application of these strategies in promoting the faculty development projects will enhance the teachers' initiative and enthusiasm to participate in service projects, so as to push faculty development.
