RESUMO

Objective To explore the distribution of six meridians in patients with Autoimmune thyroiditis(AIT).Methods A retrospective study was conducted to record the clinical information of 150 patients with AIT,and fill them into the"AIT Six Meridian Symptoms Collection Table"for treatment of six meridian syndrome differentiation.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis to obtain the distribution law of six meridian syndrome differentiation of AIT.Results ①a total of 10 types of six meridians were obtained, including 6 types of single meridians and 4 types of second meridians, mainly shaoyang meridians, taiyin meridians and yangming meridians, accounting for 57.3%,10.0%and 7.3%.②There was statistical significance in the distribution of different thyroid function types and six meridian diseases in AIT(P<0.01).Yangming meridian was the main factor in AIT hyperthyroidism(50%),Shaoyang meridian was the main factor in AIT normal phase(83.5%),and Taiyin meridian was the main factor in AIT hypothyroidism(30.3%).③There was no significant difference in gender, age and the distribution of six meridian diseases in AIT patients(P>0.05).④There was significant difference in the distribution of disease duration and six meridian diseases in AIT patients(P<0.01).The disease duration of 3-6 years was mainly Taiyin meridian(30.3%).28.6%of patients with disease duration of 6-10 years were mainly with Taiyin meridian. Conclusions The distribution characteristics of the six channels of AIT are affected by the type of thyroid function, course of disease and many other factors. For the patients with hyperthyroidism of AIT,the treatment can be treated from Yangming meridian, the normal stage of AIT can be treated from Shaoyang meridian, and the hypothyroidism of AIT can be treated from Taiyin meridian, highlighting the necessity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of AIT six channels and providing objective theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

RESUMO

Treatise on Febrile Diseases is one of the greatest classics in traditional Chinese medicine. Currently, so many key scientific problems including unclear connotation of the original, dosage of Chinese herbal medicine, and the essence of the six meridians were identified. On the basis of years of clinical experience in critical care medicine, it was advocated that the connotation of Treatise on Febrile Diseases should be explored from the perspective of critical care medicine and integrative medicine. It was identified that, the traditional study from the perspective of pathogenesis and textual research couldn't meet the current clinical needs due to its repeated deduction and circular argument in conceptual terms and unclear diagnosis and prognosis of modern diseases. The concept of exogenous febrile disease is the narrow sense, the essence of which may be acute febrile infectious diseases. Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a monographs for critical care medicine. The clinical manifestation of so many critical care medicine can be identified in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. The distinction standard of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber is not external injury but contagious disease. The dosage problem in Treatise on Febrile Diseases mainly refers to large dose. The essence of six meridians in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is severe infection. Six meridians are different stages of severe infection, including the inflammation-based three Yang stages and deficiency-based three Yin stages. Additionally, the six meridians could be recognized by look, while not speculation. The struggle between cold and warm schools could be unified based on our research. The most direct and fundamental methods in studying Treatise on Febrile Diseases lies in critical care medicine and integrative medicine. The modern research of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is intensely calling for new treatment principle based on pathogenesis combined with pathology and property combined with pharmacology. Therefore, cultivation of ability in critical care medicine and integrative medicine should be emphasized in future studies.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sheng's six-meridian diagnosis and treatment-based acupuncture in treating cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.Method Seventy patients with cervical spondylotic arteriopathy were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 35 cases each. The treatment group received Sheng's six-meridian diagnosis and treatment-based acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture. Doppler-detected vertebral artery blood flow velocity was measured, and the clinical symptom and sign score and the cervical vertigo symptom and functional assessment scale score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 62.9% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in Doppler-detected vertebral artery blood flow velocity, the clinical symptom and sign score and the cervical vertigo symptom and functional assessment scale score in the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Sheng's six-meridian diagnosis and treatment-based acupuncture is an effective way to treat cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.
