RESUMO

Objective To investigate the effect of the small dose dopamine on the surgical rate, curative effect and adverse reactions of the neonatal necrotic enteritis. Methods From January 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis were as the research object, and to give a randomized, control group 30 cases, give simple phentolamine static drop treatment; Intervention group, 30 cases in the control group on the basis of small dose dopamine was given to two groups of children with fasting time, length of hospital stay, operation rate, efficacy and adverse reactions happen to comprehensive evaluation. Results The average fasting time and hospital length of the intervention group were significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05), which was statistically significant. Intervention group with operation rate and total effective rate were 3.3%, 93.3%, the control rate of surgery, treatment in children with total effective rate of 16.7%, 70.0% respectively, there are statistically significant difference (P< 0.05); There were only two cases of adverse reaction in the intervention group, 6.7%, and the difference of 23.3% in the control group was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of phentolamine treatment of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis with small dose of dopamine was given to shortening the time of fasting and hospitalization time, decrease the rate of transit operation, and less adverse reaction, curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical popularization and application.

RESUMO

Objective:To study the value of small dose sufentanil in anesthesia in caesarean section for prevention of chill and dragging pain. Methods:A total of 84 cases of caesarean section maternal in our hospital were choosen for study as the object. And they were randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The experimental group implements the sufentanil 5μg, control group was given 0.5%ropivacaine. Chills, dragging pain and other adverse reactions were compared. Results:The incidence rate of level 0 chills in experimental group was 80.95%,and it's higher than that 50.00%of control group (P<0.01) . Maternal pull pain incidence rate of experiment group was 14.92%, while the control group was 73.81%(P<0.01) . The other adverse reaction rate in experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01) . Conclusion:Small doses sufentanil anesthesia for cesarean section can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as pain and chills, safe and effective,it's worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Homeopathy is in part experimental because the semiology was born with the experimentation on the healthy man, which was performed according to Hahnemann´s method; it is also partly empirical because much work is based on the observation of homeopaths and the acquisition of practical experience, which has been transmitted to students eager to use this therapeutic method. Research in Homeopathy has been gradually developed, trying to integrate the contributions of these two methods: experimental and empirical. In fact, efforts have been made to place homeopathy within a rigorous methodology dating back to the beginning of the discipline itself, from its origin registered by Hahnemann within the original scientific and medical field...

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the application value of small doses penehyclidine hydrochloride in painless colonoscopy examination. Methods From July 2012 to January 2013, 90 patients who planed to have painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into 3 groups with each group 30 cases. Before anesthesia, giving small doses of penehyclidine hydrochloride to small-dose group, giving conventional dose of penehyclidine hydrochloride to routine-dose group, and giving atropine intravenous administration to atropine group. Observe the smoothly de-gree, and check the heart rate, mean arterial pressure and postoperative adverse reactions of three groups. Results There was no obvious difference among the three groups in trems of smooth degree and oxyhemoglobin saturation. In small-dose group, heart rate and mean arterial pressure before and after the examination were better than that of routine-dose group and atropine group, and there were obviously lower inci-dence of postoperative adverse reaction compared with the routine-dose group and atropine group. Conclusion Giving small-dose of penehy-clidine hydrochloride before anesthesia of painless colonoscopy examination can significantly improve the effect of examination, and it can re-duce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
