RESUMO

Lean management is the direction of future hospital management.From the perspective of hospital human resources management,in order to explore the scientific,reasonable,classified and efficient incentive mechanisms in practice,the study divides the hospital talents into three levels,base of tree talents,trunk of tree talents and crown of tree talents based on "talent tree" project,and clarifies different characteristics of the three levels of talents,and combines with two-factor theory to make targeted and differentiated management incentive strategies to maximize the motivation of personnel at all levels and to improve the overall efficiency of hospital operation.

RESUMO

based on the theory of tree structure and followed the characteristics of medical talents growth,Wuxi No.2 People's Hospital carried out hospitalTalent Tree Project innovatively,which is to trained talents corresponding tobase-trunk-crown of a tree.The project has won the 2013 Human Resource Development Excellence Award of Asian hospital management awards.We fostered talents hierarchically according to the talents training echelon structure and this provided a way of guarantee and innovation for the sustainable development of hospital.

RESUMO

Talents are core competitiveness of a hospital.In view of the nature of long and slow development cycle of medical talents,Wuxi No.2 People' s Hospital has innovated aTalent-tree program.This program develops talents by categories and stages,in the model oftree root-tree trunk-tree crownto fit different stage needs of these people.The program features a categorized education mode to establish hierarchical individualized plan for the whole career.The hospital has explored a special pathway for talents development,for the purpose of providing talents to ensure sustainable and innovative growth of the hospital.
