RESUMO

The convenience of "no installation, available at your fingertips" of the WeChat small program makes it unique in the application of mobile terminal auxiliary experimental teaching. In order to optimize the assessment system and improve the quality and outcomes of experimental teaching, a self-designed WeChat small program was used to assist the development of the process assessment system. This system was applied to the teaching practice of "Experiment of Inorganic Chemistry" course for the first-year undergraduates majored in Biological Engineering, with the aim to promote teaching and learning by assessment. The results showed that course scores of the students who used this small program were superior to the control group and the correlation between the process assessment and final examination results was significant. These results indicated the WeChat small program assisted process assessment could effectively improve the learning outcomes of students, enable them to grasp the knowledge of Experiment of Inorganic Chemistry efficiently. The results of the questionnaire for the teachers and students also showed a high recognition of the WeChat small program assisted teaching.

RESUMO

In order to improve the teaching quality of clinical epidemiology for medical students engaged in eight-year curriculum of Peking Union Medical College, and foster the practice of evidence-based medicine and clinical research in Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), the Clinical Epidemiology Unit of PUMCH(PUMCH-CEU) utilized successful experience from institutions abroad and conducted a teaching reform. In addition to theory teaching, PUMCH-CEU incorporated literature case study and assignments into the course, so as to improve students' understanding about the design, measurement, and evaluation of clinical research. The execution of a well-designed reformation plan has led to a great success of this course, as well as fruitful achievements.

RESUMO

The cell culture technology is the basis for the postgraduate students to undertake researches in furure.The department of cell biology of our university carried out the teaching reformation on the cell culture course by means of writing outstanding teaching materials, making supporting DVD, arranging suitable teaching contents and plans and setting up flexible examining systems, which promoted the teaching effects and profited students to master this skill quickly.

RESUMO

A new teaching model for food fermentation technology education is proposed in this paper,aiming at improving some of the drawbacks of the traditional teaching method. Some novel approaches,such as summarization,comparison,discussion,as well as bi-lingual lecturing and multi-media assisted teaching,are introduced to inspire students’ passion for learning. Meanwhile,arranging students as dedicated class speaker and organizing students to participate in the exploring experiments also reflect the technology major education characteristics of normal university.

RESUMO

According to the cultivation objectives of the plant-productive specialities, the teaching contents and methods, testing forms and experimental teaching of the course of General Microbiology have been re-formed. The reformation includes integrating, retrenching and updating the teaching contents, strengthening the fundamental knowledge, improving the classroom teaching methods and communicating in and after class in order to arouse the student’s interest and greatly spurs student’s initiative. The testing forms were also reformed to comprehensively evaluate the student’s ability of mastering and managing the knowledge. Through the reinforcement of the basic technical and scientific research training in the experiments, good teaching results have been achieved.

RESUMO

According to the changeover of modern medical teaching mode and the undergraduates' need of knowledge structure,we started the course Sociology of Sexuality in our university.In more than 3 years teaching experience and exploration,we arranged the content for each part of each chapter based on the teaching outline,teaching scheme and the students' knowledge and ability structure.As to teaching method,we adopted multimedia computer instruction,heuristic instruction,interactive instruction,participating teaching and audio-visual digital teaching method and so on.We are to introduce such a teaching means of exchange communication,and such an examination method combined with the traditional test as well as testing the capability of handling the actual problem,which can help to implementing the teaching work for Sociology of Sexuality.

Objective: To educate the high-quality nurses with ability and to improve their capability in holistic nursing.Methods: Interlocution of nursing case is applied to theory teaching.Clinic probation and simulative act are applied to practical teaching.Results:Situational teaching method is welcome among the experimental students whose grade is higher than that of the students of contrast class.Conclusion: It is propitious to education in synthesis ability of students to use situational teaching method based on the holistic nursing.
