RESUMO
The paper quantitatively evaluated the output of the scientific and technological Achievements of the 110 National Nine Five Key Technology Research and Development Programs in health field,with predefined the comprehensive evaluation scale of the output of the Sci-technical achievements .The results showed that:the comprehensive output score of the sci-technical achievements in the two major fields of the cardiopulmonary cerebrovascular disease and the basic and clinical of cancer are 12.9 points and 7.99 points,whereas the output score of the remaining 8 fields are all subaverage.At the same time,five achievements' comprehensive scores are all 0.The proposals are to operate the output evaluation of the output of sci-technical achievements,and publish the relevant out-put information of the approval projects,so as to establish and implement the system of accountability.

Objective To study and analyze technology of proxy server,VPN and specific remote access system.Methods The application of digital medical library was studied in such four aspects as adaptability,security,accessibility and extensibility.Result Many approaches were put forward to break the limits of IP address and realize remote access to digital resources.Conclusion In order to meet the actual requirements in the remote access of digital medical library,the following rules should be observed: the technical scheme with obvious functional limitations should be avoided;importance should be laid on mutual sharing and remote access between chief library and branch library;the maximum concurrent access should be born;multiple certification methods should be utilized as well as multiple techniques such as information distributing.
RESUMO
Interventional diagnostic and therapeutic techniques have developed rapidly in recent years with more and more practically and widely utilization as time goes by. The diagnostic procedures consist of percutaneous biopsy, CT discography, pressure measurement of intervertebral disc; and the therapeutic measures include percutaneous periradicular and joint therapy, decompression of sacral cyst, vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, decompression of intervertebral disc, transarterial chemotherapy and embolization in spinal tumor, and newly developed percutaneous posterior lumbar intervertebral fusion. All above mentioned interventional techniques for spinal column diseases are developing day by day with a promising future and will play an important role in the field of interventional radiologist research.
RESUMO
Many interventional procedures have been practiced in the treatment of cervical spine diseases for recent years. There are percutaneous biopsy, periradicular therapy for cervical never pain, percutaneous vertebroplasty and many kinds of intervertebral disc decompression. However, because of the manipulation difficulties and high risks of these procedures the popularization of interventional techniques in treating cervical spine disorders has actually been beset with difficulties. The main risks caused by interventional operation are puncture injuries and side-effect of therapeutic design. Therefore, how to reduce the procedure’s risk is a great challenge to interventional radiologists as well as an urgent research task.
