RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the effect of flipped classroom model in the theory teaching of psychiatry for medical undergraduates.Methods:A total of 121 students from grade 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given flipped classroom teaching and the control group was given traditional teaching. In order to evaluate the teaching effect of flipped classroom, the students in the observation group were evaluated by comparing the test scores of the two groups in class and using the self-made questionnaire. SPSS 18.0 was used to conduct t-test. Results:The results showed that the average score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.05). The results of teaching effect showed that there were 60 students in the observation group, among which 96.7% (58 students) believed that flipped classroom teaching was beneficial to promoting pre-class preview, improving teamwork ability, autonomous learning ability and teacher-student communication; 95.0% (57 students) thought they were satisfied with flipped classroom teaching, which was conducive to linking theory with practice; 93.3% (56 students) thought that they could arouse their interest in learning, improve their attention, and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems; 90.0% (54 students) thought flipped classroom was superior to traditional classroom and helpful to their future study; 86.7% (52 students) did not think their study burden was increased. Conclusion:The flipped classroom model can stimulate students' interest and attention, and promote the combination of independent learning and interactive learning, which has a better effect than the traditional teaching model in the theory teaching of psychiatry and is easily accepted by students. Therefore, it holds promise for application.

RESUMO

Biochemistry is an important fundamental course of biology related majors, and has the characteristics of speedy development, massive information, sound theoretical basis and feasible applicability. It is difficult for students to learn well in the process of teaching. In addition, the experimental course lacks integrity, comprehensiveness and design experiments. Under the guidance of outcome-based education (OBE) concept, we established a multi-dimensional teaching reform system through theoretically and practically introducing of various teaching methods, online courses, bilingual teaching, stronger practical teaching and optimized assessment mode. The teaching reform system could effectively allow students to change from "passive learning" to "active learning" through activating learning enthusiasm, resulting in cultivated innovation ability. This system could play very important role in promoting quality of talent training of colleges and universities.

Objective@#To evaluate the effects of the blended learning applied in the course of Medical Nursing of Vocational Colleges.@*Methods@#From March to November of 2018, the Vocational Colleges nursing students of grade 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the experimental group (n=120) and the control group (n=150). The experimental group implements the blended teaching mode based on rain classroom, while the control group adopts the traditional classroom teaching mode. This paper evaluated the effect of the blended teaching mode based on rain classroom by using the students′ autonomous learning ability scale, the teaching effect satisfaction scale and the theoretical examination papers.@*Results@#The scores of autonomous learning ability (90.6±8.8) and theoretical examination (48.8±3.5) in the blended teaching mode group based on rain classroom were higher than those in the control group (71.4±9.6,39.6±3.6), with statistical significance (t=21.125,16.942, P<0.05). Nearly 93.3% (112/120) of the students in the experimental group accepted this teaching mode.@*Conclusions@#The blended teaching model based on rain classroom can obviously improve the self-learning ability and interest of nursing Medical Nursing of Vocational Colleges, and it is worthy of being promoted.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the effect and method of the theory teaching of general practice course for eight-year program of clinical medical students. Methods The course of General Medicine was set up for 87 students from two grades in their fourth school year. All of them attended a closed-book exami-nation when they finished the lectures. The satisfaction rates, necessity and the suggestion of teaching and assessment were collected from the questionnaire. Results The examination results of the two grade students were (80.92±7.26) and (83.76±5.75); The satisfaction rate was 40.2% (35/87); Necessity of the courses was between 3.6 to 4.1 (5-point-Likert-scale). The way of teaching method students chose was dif-ferent by course content. Conclusion The theory teaching of general practice course for eight-year program of clinical medical students needs more reform from curriculum designing, teaching methods, faculty train-ing and evaluation methods.

In the teaching of pharmacology theory,there are some problems such as single teaching content,rigid teaching form and students' lack of initiative,interest and participation,as well as the deficiency of students' attitude towards experiment,the concept of animal protection and the ability to solve problems independently.Based on the training of students' comprehensive ability,this study attempts to enrich theoretical teaching contents and forms,contents and methods of innovative experimental teaching,and improve the assessment system.The results show that through the adjustment of the teaching methods of pharmacology theory and the improvement of experimental teaching content and assessment methods,students are further strengthened in mastering the basic knowledge of curriculum and improving the experimental operation ability.

RESUMO

Oncology is extensive in contents,covering a wide range of organs,systems and clinical specialties.Here,we discuss the feasibility and necessity of flipping the classroom teaching through the introduction of Oncology and through the implementation of flip classroom teaching for oncology graduate students,this paper analyzes the evaluation of the classroom teaching by the teachers and students,and compares the assessment results of students under different teaching methods.The results show that the flipped class can promote students' initiative learning,promote students' classroom participation,and help students to internalize and consolidate their knowledge of oncology in the theoretical teaching of graduate oncology.

To improving the teaching quality of the pharmacology theory teaching,we adopt questionnaire to understand the students’ request of teaching method and teaching content,thus to elevate the teaching overall level by raising their ability to teach and study.
