The growth in the number of criminal organisations and their complexity, in terms of conceptual variety, theoretical implications and empirical challenges, have made it difficult for researchers to generate sufficient theories, studies of causes and scales to categorise and explain the phenomena. The characterisation of these organisations and the approach to defining them is complex both because of the diversity of their social impacts and because of the broad range of thematic areas they address. This study shows the trends in research and study of criminal organisations by conducting a systematic literature review of the years 2022 and 2023, using the PRISMA method and exploring current trends in academic research and bibliographic production on the subject.

RESUMO

Theranostics in nuclear medicine is an important direction for the precision medicine. Radionuclide therapy based on small molecules/peptides often requires high doses. Improving the utilization efficiency of radionuclides, optimizing the pharmacokinetics of radionuclide therapeutic molecular probes as well as increasing the target to non-target ratio have become the international hot frontiers in the field of radiotheranostics. Evans blue (EB) motif uses endogenous albumin as a reversible carrier, and the small molecule and polypeptide structure modified based on EB can effectively extend the half-life in the blood and substantially increase the uptake, accumulation and retention of radiopharmaceuticals in target lesions, and thereby enhance the therapeutic effect and reduce the dosage of nuclides. This article focuses on the research of EB modified radiopharmaceuticals for theranostics.

RESUMO

Near-infrared (NIR) can be divided into NIR-Ⅰ (650-900 nm) and NIR-Ⅱ (900-1 700 nm) according to its wavelength. Compared with traditional NIR-Ⅰfluorescence imaging, NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging has lower tissue absorption and photon scattering as well as higher tissue penetration and resolution, which is considered as the most promising optical imaging technique in clinical application. In addition, combined with multimodal or therapeutic integrated molecular probes, NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging can accurately localize tumors and guide treatment, providing a remarkable modality for early diagnosis and treatment of tumors. In this review, research progress on NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging in the diagnosis, monitoring of metastasis and treatment of tumors are mainly introduced.

RESUMO

Thyroid cancer is one of the most common tumors of the endocrine system, characterized by high morbidity and low mortality. Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) is an important factor in the development of thyroid cancer. TSH suppression therapy is widely used in clinical practice to reduce recurrence and metastasis through long-term strict monitoring and control of postoperative TSH level in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC). However, the specific mechanism of the effect played by TSH in the proliferation and progression of DTC has not been clarified. The current researches focus on classifying the relation between TSH and the onset risk, adverse clinicopathological factors and prognosis of DTC, and the applicable scope of TSH suppression therapy and targeted TSH receptor (TSHR) therapy. This article reviews the relation between TSH and DTC and the latest research progress of TSH suppression therapy and TSHR targeted therapy.

RESUMO

Dual-tracer PET imaging can provide more comprehensive clinical information for disease diagnosis. How to achieve dual-tracer imaging through single imaging session is one of the hot topics in the field of nuclear medicine. The key issues in achieving dual-tracer imaging with a single scan is the accurate separation of single-tracer information from the mixed tracer signal. In the last two decades, separation methods for different tracers have been proposed, and the injection interval between two tracers was reduced. This paper summarizes recent dual-tracer separation methods. The basic principles, features and advantages of separation methods are analyzed. Besides, the outlook on the future development of dual-tracer separation is also discussed in the present review.
