RESUMEN

El autismo considerado como un desorden o trastorno del desarrollo producto de múltiples causas aun no definidas ni valoradas específicamente, es descrito en el DSM IV de manera categorial, ya que no hay la certeza en pensar que todos los sujetos que padezcan el mismo trastorno sean completamente iguales y así mismo no incluye todas las situaciones que pueden ser objeto de tratamiento o investigación.

ABSTRACT
