Desde mucho antes de su nacimiento, el sujeto está inmerso en una trama social, donde tendrá que desenvolverse el resto de su vida; para ello debe introyectar una serie de leyes culturales, sociales y subjetivas, que le permitan su adaptación e interacción personal. El proceso de introyección de la ley se desarrolla de forma diferente en cada individuo, dependiendo de factores psicológicos, sociales, familiares, ambientales y biológicos; pero, ¿qué hace que un sujeto transgreda la ley y otro no?
