Identidad desde la perspectiva de la psicología de la orientación: análisis de dos casos / Identity from guidance perspective: analysis of two case studies

RESUMEN

En la actualidad, los temas de Orientación se presentan más complejos que los de antaño. Las teorías que se utilicen para comprenderlos y abordarlos, deben ser más complejas y abarcadoras, considerando los procesos que ocurren de manera interrelacionada entre el individuo y el entorno. El presente artículo se desprende de una investigación que busca comprender como construyen su identidad y sus proyectos de futuro, jóvenes que asisten a un programa de Orquestas Infanto-Juveniles. Se utiliza el Estudio de Caso para analizar las situaciones de vida de dos jóvenes desde la teoría de la "construcción de si" (Guichard, 2009). La teoría integra variables sociales, cognitivas y dinámicas, emociones y acciones, evidenciándose como una teoría sólida y abarcadora para comprender los procesos en juego en la interrelación Identidad y Futuro. Se reflexiona sobre las Orquestas como "instituciones orientadoras", que facilitan el desarrollo de procesos de reflexividad que permiten construir Identidad y Futuro.

ABSTRACT

The themes of guidance are now more complex than in the recent past. Consequently, the theories applied to understand and address guidance are more complex and comprehensive, considering the processes that occur in an interrelated way between the individual and the context. This article is centered on research that intends to understand how young people who attend a program of Child and Youth Orchestras construct their identity and their future projects. Two case studies are presented in an attempt to illustrate life themes of two young people; the theoretical support is based on "self-construction" theory (Guichard, 2009) integrating social, cognitive and dynamic variables, emotions and actions, as a comprehensive theory, in a better understanding of the interrelation processes between Identity and Future. Concluding, some reflections about the importance of the Orchestras seen as "guiding institutions" , that means facilitators of the development processes interlaced identity and future are presented.
