RESUMO O artigo aborda a psicanálise como função e ética do analista o ato psicanalítico, a interpretação e as construções. O ato psicanalítico de instaurar a transferência como pivô do trabalho de análise, equívoco do suposto saber ato inaugural de uma análise e em todo seu trajeto. A interpretação, leitura da escrita do sintoma que opera pela função do significante, estrutura de linguagem. As construções, leitura que reescreve a história (e pré-história) pulsional escrita no sintoma, tocando o limite do ahistórico.
