Batería de test pedagógicos para evaluar la preparación de los boxeadores de primera categoría / A pedagogical test to evaluate the preparation of the first category boxers

RESUMEN

RESUMEN El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer las experiencias técnico-metodológicas en la aplicación de una batería de test pedagógicos a la selección provincial de boxeo de primera categoría perteneciente a la Academia de La Habana, durante el Macrociclo 2016. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos, tales como el histórico-lógico, el inductivo-deductivo, el análisis y síntesis, la observación, la entrevista, la medición, el pre experimento y la estadística descriptiva. Se trabajó con el 100% de la población, compuesta por 28 boxeadores de la primera categoría de la academia provincial de La Habana. Se tuvieron en consideración las fechas de las competencias fundamentales, tanto nacionales como internacionales: la Copa internacional «Roberto Balado¼, la Liga Nacional de Boxeo y el Torneo Nacional «Playa Girón¼, eventos fundamentales de la temporada, en los cuales el equipo estaba llamado a obtener resultados positivos. Debido a la aplicación de la batería de test pedagógicos se pudo evaluar el nivel de preparación alcanzado por la muestra investigada durante el desarrollo de la estructura (Acumulación-Transformación-Realización); lo que permitió, además, tener más control y precisión durante la planificación de cada una de las direcciones de entrenamiento durante la etapa objeto de investigación.

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT The present work aims to expose the technical-methodological experiences in the application of a battery of Pedagogical Test to the provincial selection of boxing of the first category belonging to the Academy of Havana during the Macrocycle 2016. Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used., as were the logical historical method, inductive deductive, synthesis analysis, observation, interview, measurement, pre experiment and descriptive statistics. In addition, we worked with 100% of the population. The dates of the fundamental competitions, both national and international, in which the team was called to obtain positive results in the «Roberto Balado¼ International Cup, the National Boxing League and the National Tournament, were taken into consideration for said investigation. «Playa Girón¼, fundamental events of the season. The studied population was 28 boxers belonging to the Provincial Seniors Selection. Due to the application of the Pedagogical Test battery, it was possible to evaluate the level of preparation achieved by the sample investigated during the development of the ATR structure (Accumulation-Transformation-Realization). All of which allowed to have more control and precision during the planning of each of the training directions during the stage of the investigation.
