Lineamientos técnicos de seguridad y salud ocupacional para empleados del MINSAL, en el marco de la emergencia por COVID-19 / Technical guidelines for occupational health and safety for MINSAL employees, in the context of the emergency by COVID-19

RESUMEN

En el contexto de la emergencia nacional por la pandemia por COVID-19, se establece el Decreto Ejecutivo No. 19, que dicta medidas extraordinarias de protección y contención para declarar el territorio nacional como zona sujeta de control sanitario, a fin de contener dicha pandemia, dentro de las cuales se establece que el personal de Ministerio de Salud (MINSAL) y sus dependencias, debe realizar sus labores a fin de que se puedan desarrollar medidas de prevención, atención, tratamiento y rehabilitación dirigidas a la contención de la enfermedad por COVID-19. En ese sentido se vuelve indispensable que todo el personal del MINSAL cumpla con medidas sanitarias mucho más rígidas, protectoras y de contingencia frente a los riesgos que esta enfermedad pueda generar, tanto a los trabajadores como a su grupo familiar

ABSTRACT

In the context of the national emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Executive Decree No. 19 is established, which dictates extraordinary protection and containment measures to declare the national territory as an area subject to sanitary control, in order to contain said pandemic , within which it is established that the personnel of the Ministry of Health (MINSAL) and its dependencies, must carry out their tasks so that prevention, care, treatment and rehabilitation measures aimed at the containment of the disease by COVID can be developed -19. In this sense, it becomes essential that all MINSAL personnel comply with much more rigid, protective and contingent sanitary measures against the risks that this disease may generate, both for workers and their family groups
