O Youtube contempla usuárias e profissionais de saúde? Uma revisão crítica de audiovisuais que abordam a incontinência urinária feminina / Does YouTube provide adequate information for health professionals and patients? A critical review of urinary incontinence in women

RESUMO

Objetivo: Analisar criticamente audiovisuais do youtube que abordam a temática da fisioterapia na incontinência urinária feminina no cenário educativo. Métodos: Foi realizada uma pesquisa no youtube, no período de 28/09/2018 à 13/10/2018, sendo utilizada a palavra-chave "fisioterapia na incontinência urinária feminina". Os vídeos foram selecionados a partir de um filtro disponível pela plataforma do youtube. Vídeos em idiomas diferentes do português foram excluídos do estudo. Os vídeos relevantes com um número de visualizações inferiores a 1.000 foram excluídos do estudo. Os Vídeos foram analisados por dois avaliadores independentes, e um terceiro avaliador analisou a concordância entre os avaliadores através do índice kappa. Resultados: Foram analisados os 14 vídeos mais relevantes sobre a fisioterapia na incontinência urinária (IU) feminina no youtube. Os resultados indicaram uma carência de conteúdo a nível científico, sendo importante destacar a necessidade de audiovisuais educacionais abrangentes baseados em evidências científicas que abordem o diagnóstico e o tratamento fisioterapêutico da IU. Conclusão: Conclui-se que a análise crítica dos audiovisuais do youtube no cenário educativo sobre a abordagem da temática fisioterapia na IU feminina, sugere que o youtube tem o potencial de alcançar e informar seus usuários, no entanto, mostrou que para usuários da plataforma que buscam esse tipo de conhecimento, é necessário assistir uma quantidade grande de vídeos para que se possa obter uma informação mais completa acerca de como é a reabilitação fisioterapêutica na IU feminina, obtendo assim uma maior compreensão acerca desta disfunção

ABSTRACT

Objective: Critically analyze YouTube audiovisuals that address the issue of physical therapy in female urinary incontinence in the educational setting. Methods: A survey was conducted on YouTube, from 09/28/2018 to 10/13/2018, using the keyword "physiotherapy in female urinary incontinence". Videos were selected from a filter available through the YouTube platform. Videos in languages other than Portuguese were excluded from the study. Relevant videos with fewer than 1,000 views were excluded from the study. The videos were analyzed by two independent evaluators, and a third evaluator analyzed the agreement between the evaluators through the kappa index. Results: The 14 most relevant videos on physiotherapy in female urinary incontinence (UI) on YouTube were analyzed. The results indicated a lack of content at the scientific level, and it is important to highlight the need for comprehensive educational audiovisuals based on scientific evidence that address the diagnosis and physiotherapeutic treatment of UI. Conclusion: It is concluded that the critical analysis of YouTube's audiovisuals on the educational scene on the approach to physiotherapy in the UI feminine, suggests that YouTube has the potential to reach and inform its users, however, showed that for users of the platform that seek this type of knowledge, it is necessary to watch a large number of videos in order to obtain a more complete information about the physiotherapy rehabilitation in the female UI, thus obtaining a greater understanding about this dysfunction.
