Movimentos do cuidado em saúde mental na estratégia saúde da família / Movements of mental health care in the family health strategy

RESUMO

Este trabalho foi realizado sob a perspectiva de se olhar para a inclusão das ações de saúde mental no PSF, a partir da existência da equipe de apoio em saúde mental. Objetivou-se identificar e analisar a inclusão das ações de saúde mental em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde da Família, do município de São Paulo. Sob uma abordagem qualitativa, de caráter exploratório e descritivo, com a utilização do método de estudo de caso, foi sendo construída esta cartografia. O instrumento utilizado para a coleta de dados foi uma entrevista semi-estruturada e a realização de um diário de campo. O total de participantes do estudo foram 17 trabalhadores, sendo eles da equipe de apoio em saúde mental, das equipes de saúde da família e do NASF. Este mapa foi composto a partir de seis potenciais linhas, que podem ser consideradas as categorias de análise criadas. Sendo elas Linhas de Aberturas experiências, milhares de movimentos, descrição histórica da implantação da unidade básica de saúde da família, com o início do trabalho entre as equipes de PSF e a equipe de apoio. Linhas de Ligações espaços limitantes e a potência sutil que foi destinada à discussão do trabalho do ACS, bem como suas angústias, limites e potência. Linhas de Encontros criação de mundos e resistência discussão acerca do território, da família e da construção de redes para a produção de vida. Linhas de Afetos o lugar do encontro vínculo destinada a pensar acerca do vínculo e repensar o poder entre o trabalhador e o sujeito em sofrimento psíquico. Linhas de Compartilhamentos trocas, deslocamentos e co-responsabilidades momento em que o apoio matricial em saúde mental é discutido a partir da experiência da unidade com a equipe de apoio em saúde mental. Linhas de transposições construir e desconstruir continuamente onde foram observadas as dificuldades do cuidado em saúde mental. Conclui-se que as ações decuidado de saúde mental na atenção básica devem estar a favor da vida, pois não pode haver matriciamento sem olhar para o território dos sujeitos, para o lugar onde possa haver potência para produção de vida.

ABSTRACT

This work was conducted from the perspective of looking at the inclusion of mental health activities in the PSF from the existence of the support staff in mental health. The objective was to identify and analyze the inclusion of mental health activities in a Basic Family Health of São Paulo. A qualitative approach, exploratory and descriptive, using the method of case study, this mapping was being built. The instrument used for data collection was a semi-structured interview and performing a field diary. The total number of study participants were 17 workers, and they support staff in mental health, the family health teams and NASF. This map was composed from six \"potential lines\", which can be considered the analytical categories created. Namely Lines of Openings experiences, thousands of movements historical description of the implementation of the basic unit of family health, with the onset of labor between the FHP teams and support staff. Lines Links limiting spaces and subtle power that was intended for discussion of the work of ACS, and their anguish, and power limits. Lines of Meetings creating worlds and resistance discussion of territory, the family and building networks for the production of life. Lines of Affections the meeting place - link for thinking about the relationship and to rethink the \"power\" between the worker and the subject in psychological distress. Shares lines trade, transportation and co-responsibility when the matrix support in mental health is discussed from the experience of unity with the support staff in mental health. Lines of transpositions constructing and deconstructing continually, where we observed the difficulties of mental health care. It is concluded that the actions of mental health care in primary care should be for life, for there can be matricial without looking at the territory of the subjects, to the placewhere there might be power to produce life.
