La naturaleza como víctima en la era del posacuerdo colombiano / Nature as a victim in the Colombian post-agreement era

RESUMEN

Resumen El escenario del posacuerdo colombiano, plantea la necesidad de visibilizar a la naturaleza como víctima del conflicto armado, interpelando nuevas concepciones de justicia más allá de la mirada eminentemente antropocéntrica. Para asumir este debate se abordan los tipos de violencia sufridos por la naturaleza de lo no humano, desde las categorías de violencia estructural y cultural, hasta la categoría de violencia directa asociada al conflicto armado; así mismo se aborda el enfoque de los derechos bioculturales como uno de los fundamentos para reconocer a la naturaleza como víctima del conflicto armado, pero con el problema de continuar reproduciendo narrativas propias de la violencia cultural y estructural.

ABSTRACT

Abstract The scenario of the Colombian post-agreement raises the need to make nature a victim of armed conflict more public, by intervening new conceptions of justice beyond the eminently anthropocentric view. To take up this debate, we address the types of violence suffered by the nature of the non-human, from the categories of structural and cultural violence to the category of direct violence associated with the armed conflict. Likewise, the approach to biocultural rights is addressed as one of the foundations for recognizing nature as a victim of the armed conflict, but with the problem of continuing to reproduce narratives, which are typical of cultural and structural violence.
