Um olhar sobre as ações de educação permanente nos planos municipais de saúde de uma região de saúde do estado de Pernambuco / A look at permanent education actions in municipal health plans in a health region in the state of Pernambuco

RESUMO

A Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) é uma integração de saberes centrados em respostas efetivas e eficazes para problemáticas identificadas em determinado território e pode ser orientadora das iniciativas de desenvolvimento dos profissionais e de estratégias de transformação das práticas de saúde. As ações precisam estar elencadas nos instrumentos de planejamento em gestão e o principal deles é o Plano Municipal de Saúde (PMS) que demonstra a direção a ser seguida pela gestão Municipal. Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o planejamento das ações de EPS em Munícipios da V Região de Saúde. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo de abordagem qualitativa, através de análise documental dos PMS dos municípios que compõe a V Região de Saúde do estado de Pernambuco referente ao quadriênio 2018-2021. A partir da pesquisa foi possível verificar o planejamento das ações de EPS e sua definição nos PMS, grande parte dos municípios analisados não apresentam tais dados ou os apresentam de forma incompleta, o que indica a necessidade de inserir as ações de EPS nos PMS em prol do fortalecimento das mudanças no processo de trabalho realizado pelos profissionais de saúde. ABSTRACT

Permanent Education in Health (EPS) is an integration of knowledge centered on effective and efficient responses to problems identified in a given territory and can guide the development initiatives of professionals and strategies for transforming health practices. The actions need to be listed in the management planning instruments and the main one is the Municipal Health Plan (PMS) which shows the direction to be followed by the Municipal management. This study aimed to analyze the planning of EPS actions in Municipalities in the V Region of Health. This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, through documentary analysis of the PMS of the municipalities that make up the V Region of Health in the state of Pernambuco, for the 2018- 2021 quadrennium. From the research it was possible to verify the planning of EPS actions and their definition in the PMS, most of the municipalities analyzed do not present such data or present them in an incomplete way, which indicates the need to insert EPS actions in the PMS in favor strengthening changes in the work process carried out by health professionals.
