For the preparation of this Strategic Plan, a broad process of consultation and consensus was carried out, which allowed for substantive contributions through workshops which counted to guarantee its solidity with the active participation of various disciplines of the Ministry of Health with the support of the Pan American Organization of the Health of El Salvador (PAHO)
