RESUMEN El presente artículo tiene como objetivo exponer las alternativas utilizadas en la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Sancti Spíritus durante el año 2019 para enfrentar los efectos del cambio climático sobre la salud del hombre. Se describe el trabajo realizado en la Universidad en la formación, investigación y extensión universitaria, que coadyuva a minimizar los daños sobre la humanidad ocasionados por el cambio climático.
ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT The objective of this article is to present the alternatives used at the Sancti Spíritus University of Medical Sciences during 2019 to face the effects of climate change on human health. It describes the work carried out at the University in training, research and university extension, which helps to minimize the damage to humanity caused by climate change.
