"Você vê. você lê. você ouve": a convergência de mídias no rádio e as transformações nas vivências de lazer de torcedores-ouvintes de futebol / "You see. you read. you hear": the convergence of media on radio and the transformations in the leisure experiences of soccer supporters-listeners

RESUMO

O objetivo desse estudo é compreender as percepções de indivíduos sobre o ato de ouvir futebol pelo rádio, tomando como referência a comparação com outros meios de comunicação e as transformações que a tecnologia ­ sobretudo a internet ­ tem trazido às transmissões radiofônicas. Considerando que essa ação faz parte do lazer de muitos brasileiros, nosso estudo é fruto de combinação entre pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, com sua parte empírica realizada através de um questionário respondido por 20 ouvintes da Rádio Inconfidência (BH/MG). Os resultados mostram que o rádio é visto como um meio de comunicação que permite uma maior aproximação entre o público e os transmissores das disputas esportivas. Nesse contexto, as novas tecnologias se colocam como ferramentas que estreitam esses laços, possibilitando o aumento da participação do ouvinte durante as transmissões e elevando a identificação do torcedor com a emissora.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study is to understand the perceptions of individuals about the act of listening to soccer on the radio, taking as a reference the comparison with other media and the transformations that technology - especially the internet - has brought to radio broadcasts. Considering that this action is part of the leisure of many brazilians, our study is the result of a combination of bibliographic and field research, with its empirical part carried out through a questionnaire answered by 20 listeners from Rádio Inconfidência (BH/MG). The result shows that the radio is seen as a way of communication that allows a closer relationship between the public and the transmitters of sports disputes. In this context, new technologies are placed as tools that strengthen these ties, making possible to increase the participation of the listener during the broadcasts and raising the fan's identification with the broadcaster.
