RESUMEN

La comunicación y los medios son cada vez más globales, precisan la posibilidad y capacidadde consumir información, pero también la de producir conocimiento. Cualquier persona puede crear y difundir información a través de dispositivos tecnológicos, de manera que, la figura enseñanza- aprendizaje se ejecuta en cualquier espacio y momento. Este fenómeno, se denomina ubicuidad. En la actualidad, los dispositivos portátiles permiten acceder a un mundo lleno de información, convertidos en parte de nuestra "vestimenta", concibe un acceso como nunca, debido a que, frente a un requerimiento de información, siempre habrá manera de buscarlo. Los espacios digitales a través de la interacción con muchos, ofrecen valiosas oportunidades de creatividad distribuida y de generación de nuevos saberes. Así, los usuarios no solo se presentan como consumidores de información, sino también como productores de contenidos adquiriendo en rol activo en la construcción de conocimiento. La ubicuidad, también alcanzó al ámbito de la salud, donde se incorporan practicas a través de medios tecnológicos que marcan una importante diferencia con la habitualidad. La Telemedicina hace posible el desarrollo por medio del beneficio colectivo, sin embargo, aún es necesario desaprender algunos paradigmas tradicionales al tiempo de generar estimulo en el aprendizaje y progreso de nuevos hábitos en la comunidad científica, cuidando los aspectos legales y humanos en el ejercicio de su práctica.(au)

ABSTRACT

Communication and media are globally increasing; they require the possibility and ability to consume information, but also to produce knowledge. Any person can create and spread information through technological devices, so that the teaching-learning system runs in any space and moment. This phenomenon is called ubiquity. Currently, portable devices allow access to a world full of information, becoming part of our "clothing", conceives an access like never before, because when faced with a request for information, there will always be a way to access it. Digital spaces, through interaction with many people, offer us valuable opportunities for distributed creativity and the generation of new knowledge. Thus, users not only present themselves as consumers of information, but also as content producers, acquiring an active role in the construction of knowledge. Ubiquity has also reached the field of medicine, where the medical practice is incorporated through technological means, making an important difference with habituality. Telemedicine makes development possible through collective benefit; however it is still necessary to unlearn some traditional paradigms while generating stimulation for learning and progress of new habits in the scientific community, taking care of the legal and human aspects in the exercise of their practice.(au)
