Estratégia de Saúde Digital para o Brasil 2020-2028 / Brazilian National Digital Health Strategy 2020-2028

RESUMO

Este documento apresenta a Estratégia de Saúde Digital para o Brasil com uma visão de oito anos, isto é, até o final de 2028. A Estratégia de Saúde para o Brasil para 2028 (ESD28) procura sistematizar e consolidar o trabalho realizado ao longo da última década, materializado em diversos documentos e, em especial, na Política Nacional de Informação e Informática em Saúde ­ PNIIS (BRASIL, 2015),publicada em 2015 e em revisão em 2020, na Estratégia e-Saúde para o Brasil (BRASIL, 2017) e no Plano de Ação, Monitoramento e Avaliação de Saúde Digital para o Brasil (PAM&A 2019-2023), aprovado em 2019 e publicado em 2020 (BRASIL, 2020a). A PNIIS estabelece a fundação conceitual para a Saúde Digital, incluindo a sua relação com outras políticas públicas e de saúde, com o Plano Nacional de Saúde (BRASIL, 2016) e com outras estratégias e iniciativas de Governo Digital.

ABSTRACT

This document presents the Brazilian National Digital Health Strategy with an eight-year vision, that is, until the end of 2028. The Brazilian National Health Strategy for 2028 (ESD28) seeks to systematize and consolidate the work carried out over the last decade, materialized in several documents and, in particular, in the National Policy for Health Information and Informatics - PNIIS (BRAZIL, 2015), published in 2015 and under review in 2020, in the e-Health Strategy for Brazil (BRAZIL, 2017) and in the National Digital Health Action, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (PAM&E 2019-2023), approved in 2019 and published in 2020 (BRAZIL, 2020a). PNIIS establishes the conceptual foundation for Digital Health, including its relationship with other public and health policies, with the National Health Plan (BRAZIL, 2016) and with other Digital Government strategies and initiatives
