ABSTRACT
This editorial is base on a study that demonstrated that patients with cardiac failure but adherent to recommendations did better than dose assigned to active treatment but didn't follow recommendations. This shows something that isn't taught in universities and is the importance of patient - doctor relation and that in the model imposed by Health Promoter Entities is compromised because of times assigned. No doubt the best treatment in many occasions is listening the patient and leaving only 20% of consultation for his physical examination.
