RESUMO

Os diferentes desafios a serem enfrentados em decorrência da pandemia do novo coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2) é necessário acompanhar o que ocorre após a fase aguda da infecção. Os sinais e sintomas de longo prazo que os pacientes podem manifestar dependem da extensão e gravidade da infecção viral (ISLAM et al., 2020 e LANDI et al., 2020), dos órgãos afetados (LANDI et al., 2020) e da "tempestade de citocinas" durante a fase aguda COVID-19 (ISLAM et al., 2020 e PERRIN et al., 2020).

ABSTRACT
