O papel do fisioterapeuta do Núcleo de Apoio a Saúde da Família: percepção da equipe multiprofissional / The role of the family health support nursing physiotherapist: perception of multiprofessional team

RESUMO

Objetivo: Analisar a percepção da equipe multiprofissional sobre a atuação do fisioterapeuta no Núcleo de Apoio à Saúde da Família (NASF-AB). Método: estudo observacional transversal do tipo qualitativo, descritivo. Utilizou-se como instrumento para produção de dados a coleta seletiva por questionário semiestruturado. Para análise dos resultados foi escolhida a técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin e usado o método de tamanho da amostra por saturação Resultados: foram entrevistados 29 participantes da pesquisa de um universo de 58, utilizando-se o critério de saturação para o fechamento amostral resultando em 15 participantes. Os dados analisados apontam para uma percepção das equipes do NASF-AB sobre a atuação Fisioterapêutica sendo descrita em um conceito reduzido da profissão, despercebendo a laboração deste profissional como promotor de saúde, lhe restringindo a reabilitação, sendo identificado um ineficaz entendimento da relação fisioterapia e atenção básica. Conclusão: o estudo revela que mesmo com a forma ampliada de atuação da fisioterapia nos três níveis de atenção a saúde, o entendimento da profissão pela equipe multidisciplinar do NASF- AB está embasado no modelo reabilitador equitativamente ao surgimento da profissão. Os pesquisados teoricamente citam que o fisioterapeuta pode atuar em todos os níveis de atenção, mas não percebem o exercício do profissional na atenção básica de forma integral ao cuidado, sendo muito presente nas falas a demanda para a reabilitação.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To analyze the perception of the multidisciplinary team about the role of the physical therapist in the Support Center for Family Health (NASF­AB). Method: cross­sectional observational study of qualitative, descriptive type. Used as an instrument for data production for selective collection by semi­structured questionnaire. For the analysis of the results, the Bardin content analysis technique was chosen and the saturation sample size method was used. Results: 29 participants from a survey of 58 were interviewed, using the saturation method for the sampling result. 15 participants. The analyzed data point to a perception of NASF ­AB teams about a physical therapy performance being applied in a concept of reduced profession, discouraging the work of this professional as a health promoter, altering rehabilitation, being used as ineffective in the relationship physiotherapy and primary care. Conclusion: the study reveals that with an expanded form of physiotherapy performance in the three levels of health care, the understanding of the profession by the NASF­AB multidisciplinary team is based on the model of rehabilitator equitably to the emergence of the profession. Researchers theoretically cite that the physiotherapist can perform at all levels of attention, but have not realized or will exercise the professional exercise of primary care integral to care, being very present in bankruptcies requiring rehabilitation.
