ABSTRACT
SUMMARY Headache in pregnant women represent a challenge in the daily clinical practice. Even though this physiological condition has been described as a risk factor for secondary etiologies, it is worthwhile to consider the usefulness of the ICHD 3 criteria as a practical tool in order to stablish differences between primary vs non primary etiologies, especially when traditional red flags are absent.
