RESUMO

Neste artigo, a autora investiga a respeito das especificidades da tarefa analítica, levando em conta que essa é uma tarefa na qual o seu principal instrumento de trabalho é a pessoa do analista como um todo, a sua personalidade, a sua mente e as teorias utilizadas por ele. A autora desenvolve a ideia de que as teorias do analista necessitam estar incorporadas à sua pessoa como um todo, à sua mente. Recorre à teoria das transformações como uma teoria de observação do fenômeno mental na sessão analítica, detendo-se particularmente nas transformações em O (tornando-se a realidade). Sugere que as teorias do analista poderão fazer parte do campo das transformações em O e relaciona essa experiência a um momento de fruição estética, um momento que pode ser apenas vivenciado, e não traduzido em palavras. Essa experiência poderá, eventualmente, permitir que o paciente se aproxime de um estado em uníssono consigo mesmo e que mudanças importantes ocorram. O material clínico apresentado irá ilustrar essas questões e estimular a discussão.

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the author investigates the specificities (or particularities) of the psychoanalytic task. The main work instrument in this task is the whole person of the analyst, which includes his (or her) personality, his (or her) mind, and the theories he (or she) uses. The author develops the idea that analyst's theories must be incorporated into his (or her) mind, into his (or her) person in a holistic way. According to Bion's words, the author observes, the analyst must “be psychoanalysis” rather than “know about psychoanalysis”. The author resorts to the theory of transformations in order to describe a theory of observation of mental phenomenon in the psychoanalytic session, and focuses particularly in transformations in O (becoming reality). The author suggests that theories of the analyst may be part of the field of transformations in O, and relates this experience to a moment of aesthetic fruition - a moment to be only experienced, a moment that cannot be put into words. This experience may eventually enable the patient to approach (or reach) a state of mind in which he (or she) is “at one with himself (or herself)”. This experience may also enable some changes to happen. Clinical vignettes herein presented shall illustrate these issues and feed the debate.

RESUMEN

En el presente trabajo, la autora investiga las especificidades de la tarea analítica teniendo en cuenta que se trata de una labor en que el principal instrumento de trabajo del analista es su persona como un todo, su personalidad, su mente y las teorías que usa. Desarrolla la idea de que las teorías que usa el analista, en la relación con el paciente, necesitan estar incorporadas en la mente. Hace uso de la teoría de las transformaciones como siendo una teoría de observación del fenómeno mental en la sesión analítica, deteniéndose particularmente en las transformaciones en O (siendo la realidad). La autora propone la idea de un analista “siendo psicoanálisis” en contraste con “conociendo psicoanálisis”. Esta postura, asociada a la intuición psicoanalíticamente entrenada, podrá permitir que el paciente se acerque a un estado en unísono consigo mismo. La autora defiende que las teorías del analista, usadas dentro de este enfoque, podrán formar parte del campo de las transformaciones en O. Se presenta material clínico con la finalidad de ilustrar estas cuestiones y permitir el debate.
