ABSTRACT
This study examines the case of 582 pupils aged 5 to 19 years attending a multiracial international school in Yaounde and belonging to the same group who were studied and had their blood pressures compared for race; age; sex; height and weight. Blood pressures increased with boys having higher blood pressures. There was no significant difference between the blood pressure levels of pupils of all the races at all ages. There was no significant correlation between either weight or height and blood pressure in any race. Blood pressure of white students increased with their length of stay in Cameroon
