Revisão Integrativa: Hipotermia não intencional com a incorporação de evidências na prática clínica / Integrative Review: Unintentional hypothermia with the incorporation of evidence in clinical practice

RESUMO

Objetivo: Sintetizar as publicações sobre a temática da hipotermia não intencional, que permite a incorporação de evidências na prática clinica. Objetivos específicos: Classificar os níveis de evidência nos achados dos estudos sobre hipotermia não intencional e relacionar as intervenções para normotermia descrita nos estudos conforme a ASPAN. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura integrativa, cuja busca dos artigos foi realizada nas bases de dados Scielo, Portal CAPES, EBSCO host,em periódicos publicados entre os anos 2013 á 2017. Resultados: Foram analisados 16 artigos científicos e obtidas as intervenções utilizadas para a prevenção da hipotermia não planejada,identificaram-seos níveis de evidências dos estudos com base no referencial metodológico adotado daescala de I a VI e a classificação e níveis conforme as diretrizes da ASPAN. Conclusão: O estudo em questão mostra que os métodos de prevenção da hipotermia devem ser adotados conforme as normas, diretrizes e recomendações organizacionais.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To synthesize the literature on the subject of unintentional hypothermia, which allows the incorporation of evidence into clinical practice. Specific objectives: To classify the levels of evidence in the findings of the studies on unintentional hypothermia and to relate the interventions for normotermia described in the studies according to the ASPAN. Method: This is a review of the integrative literature, whose search for the articles was carried out in the databases Scielo, CAPES Portal, EBSCO host, periodicals published between the years 2013 to 2017. Results: Sixteen scientific articles were analyzed, where the interventions used to prevent unplanned hypothermia were identified, the levels of evidence of the studies were identified based on the methodological framework adopted from the scale of I to VI and the classification and levels according to the ASPAN guidelines. Conclusion: The study in question shows that hypothermia prevention methods should be adopted according to Guidleine, norms, and recommendations.
